In the beginning of the episode, Akshu sees Abhimanyu and runs to him. She says to him that she tried to wait for him but the guests were already there, she says but he didn’t miss a lot and directs towards the kitchen and the cake is brought outside. They guests meet Manjuri and say to Harshwardhan that he never introduced them, he introduces Manjuri to the guests as a homemaker. Akshu goes to Manjuri and Harshwardhan and asks them to cut the cake, and stands beside.
Harshwardhan whispers to Manjuri that she intentionally didn’t stop Akshu from throwing the party, and warns her what he’ll do next. Akshu hears this and doubts her decision to celebrate the day. Everyone asks Harshwardhan to have a bite, he refuses as it will harm his health. Abhimanyu comes forward and feeds Manjuri and then has a big bite of the cake, Anand diverts the guests and takes them for dinner. Manjuri thanks Akshu for the celebration and apologizes for Harshwardhan’s behaviour, and says it’s her fault that she didn’t tell her that Harshwardhan doesn’t like to celebrate the anniversary.
Abhimanyu holds Manjuri’s hand and takes her away, Akshu tries to pretend to be okay and asks the Goenka’s if they want any cake. Manish says to Akshu that she should not blame herself, Akshu says that she will go and fix it. Kairav says to the family that he thinks that they should take Akshu home for the Pakh phera today itself. Akshu goes towards Manjuri’s room and she overhears Abhimanyu say to Manjuri that she can not pretend to be strong and cry. Manjuri does cry, and Abhimanyu says to her that she shouldn’t waste her tears on a man who doesn’t value her.
Akshu leaves, Manjuri says to Abhimanyu that they should be downstairs as the guests are waiting, she before leaving says to him that he shouldn’t be angry at Akshu as she had best intentions at heart. Meanwhile, Akshu sees Harshwardhan in the hallway and apologizes to him for hurting and requests him to join for dinner. He refuses and says that he doesn’t care for the dinner as well as the anniversary, Abhimanyu hears this and has flashbacks of what Harshwardhan said to Manjuri and gets more upset.
While Manjuri serves food and Akshu comes there, Kairav sees the heated situation and asks Manjuri’s permission to take Akshu home. Suvarna clears that Kairav is asking so as it’s Pakh phera and Abhimanyu comes and gets her tomorrow from their house. Manjuri says that this will be in her best interest, Akshu says that before leaving she wants to meet Abhimanyu. Akshu comes to her room and says to Abhimanyu that the Goenka’s want to take her for the Pakh phera, he says she can leave if she wants.
She says to him that she knows that he doesn’t want her to leave but his anger will destroy a lot of things. She sees the flight tickets and gets emotional.
Upcoming- Manjuri tells Abhimanyu that the Pakh phera ritual will complete when he goes to bring back Akshu. Akshu waits for Abhimanyu and feels dizzy.
