At the beginning of the episode, Kartik is taking her to the doctor because she is not eating. Suvarna made lapsi for Sirat. She brought the lapsi in a bowl. Kartik asks her to sit and eat as she would spill it. She likes it and ate 3 bowls of it. Suhasini says till a while back she wasn’t eating anything, she wasn’t liking Lapsi and now she ate 3 bowls of it. Sheila comes there and says it isn’t fair that Suvarna cheated her and got the recipe from her. Suvarna has a flashback of her calling Sheila, Suvarna says to Sheila that she wants Maudi’s lapsi recipe as Sirat once mentioned in front of her and she wants to make it for her.
Sheila says that she has brought more lapsi for her. Sirat asks her to leave as she has her family to take care of him and she doesn’t need her, she asks Kartik to call the driver and ask him to drop her at the bus station and leaves. Kartik tells her that she heard Sirat and she should leave. Sheila says he shouldn’t listen to what Sirat is saying as she is stupid and would require her when she craves Maudi’s recipes and she is pregnant so she needs to eat her meals.
Sirat in her room hits a pillow continuously. Kartik comes and says to her that because she cannot do boxing in the ring, she is hitting the pillow imagining it’s him. Sirat says she is angry because he let Sheila live with them and she doesn’t trust her as she would ploy do something behind their back. Kartik says they will be careful of her and he did because she is craving Maudi’s recipes and only Sheila could make them and he doesn’t want her and his child to be hungry. Sirat says she forgives him and would let her stay only because he wants good for the baby. She hugs Kartik.
Sirat is feeding Akshu, when Suvarna comes and apologizes to her because of her Sheila entered the house. Sirat says that she did all of it for her and she is thankful that she loves her and changed her perspective towards motherhood. Sirat says she wishes that she can be half as good as her in treating her kids. Suvarna says she believes in her. Kairav hears their conversation and says that he is thankful to God for giving Sirat in his life and he would take good care of the new baby.
Sirat is meditating, Sheila brings her juice and asks her to drink. Sirat tells her that she can see through her facade and won’t fall for it as she never cared for her when she was young and now all of a sudden she wants to care for her, Sirat before leaving says to her that she won’t get any money this time around and drink the juice herself. Sheila gets a call and tells the moneylender that she will pay him within 2 days.
Suhasini gives Sirat bangles and tells her that it’s her grandmother’s, and she very much loves them and gives all of her daughters-in-law to wear it on their baby shower day. Sheila thinks of stealing them to pay off her debts.
Upcoming- Kartik asks everyone to not let Sirat know that Shiela stole the Bangle. Sirat hears their conversation and is shocked.
