In the beginning of the episode, Both Akshu and Abhimanyu break down and then stand up and console themselves. Harshwardhan gets emotional and says in what situation Abhimanyu will be in right now. Anand says to not worry as he will be fine. Abhimanyu comes down and says that he’ll visit the hospital. Harshwardhan stops him, Abhimanyu says to him he was right and he won. He says he’s fine and leaves for the hospital. Akshu reaches home. She goes to her room and there she tells Arohi that she should be happy now as nothing will worry her and says tomorrow is Bhai Dooj and they need to get dressed and celebrate in a happy mood.
The next day, Kairav says to Vansh that how they would return their sister’s happiness. Akshu notices everyone is sad and flies balloons down and asks everyone to burst it to let their anger out. Kairav says he’ll bring the camera. Kairav sees some photos on camera of Abhimanyu and Akshu from the trip and realizes that Akshu also loves Abhimanyu and Abhimanyu was telling the truth. He comes down and says to Akshu that today on Bhai Dooj normally brother’s give something but today he wants to ask her to give him something. He asks her to leave the house and Akshu says she’ll leave. Kairav gets emotional and hugs her.
At Birla’s house, they celebrate Bhai Dooj. The family worries about seeing Abhimanyu sad and lost and tries to cheer him up. He tells everyone that he has to go to the hospital for surgery. Harshwardhan says he would never be able to forgive Akshara for the pain she caused Abhimanyu. Niel comes to the hospital and says to Abhimanyu that he should do one last try to save his love story. Abhimanyu says Akshu said it from their own mouth and now that is his truth as well.
Kairav and Vansh sit on the couch while Arohi and Akshu do their Arti and receive gifts in return from them. Akshu then tells everyone that she has some good news that her application in Pune’s college for music therapy has been accepted and she has to leave today itself for that. Akshu says she really wants to go and asks Manish’s permission. Arohi says it’s nice, everyone looks at her she clarifies that she meant the quicker she leaves the quicker she’ll return. The family gets emotional while bidding her farewell except for Arohi who’s unaffected.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu gets into a fight in the street when someone pokes him, he beats him up. Niel calls Akshu and says that Abhimanyu is in danger and if she misses one bus she’ll find thousands of such buses, but if Abhimanyu’s life gets messed up in this situation. Akshu is in a tussle to follow her heart or do what Kairav said her too.
