In the beginning of the episode, Harshwardhan talks to someone on phone about the date change of the wedding for Minister surgery and Akshu hears him. Akshu doesn’t say anything, she just goes down the stairs.
At the Ganpati puja, everyone collects. Abhimanyu says to Manjuri that she has moulded a beautiful Ganpati Ji. Manjuri says to him that the Ganpati Ji is beautiful indeed but she hasn’t made it, Akshu has. Arohi praises Akshu. Suhasini says to Abhimanyu and Arohi to place the Ganpati idol in the Pandal. At the Ganesh puja, Manish says he doesn’t want his daughter to be married in a liar family. Abhimanyu asks what’s the problem and he tells him that Harshwardhan lied to them and got the wedding dates changed. Harshwardhan says that he did lie to avoid the emotional drama. He says that he could refuse a minister for surgery, which could benefit the hospital. Manish says that liars like them should not be in a noble profession like Doctor, Manish leaves. Harshwardhan turns towards Akshu and says to her that she is happy after destroying the relationship. Akshu says she didn’t tell anyone but now she thinks she should have. Harshwardhan says to her to stop lying, Abhimanyu says Akshu isn’t lying. Kairav says to his family to also leave.
A delivery boy gives the watchman an envelope to give to Harshwardhan. The photos of the shivir come and the picture of Akshu helping Abhimanyu is also in it. The watchman gave the envelope to Harshwardhan.
At the Goenka house, Arohi tells Akshu how this happened and why she destroyed her relationship. She says to her that till she will be in her life, she won’t get her happiness. Akhilesh and Manish get angry at Arohi for blaming Akshu, Manish says that he came to know the truth from the ministry. He says to Arohi that she can go work at the hospital but on a professional level and not keep any other contact.
Harshwardhan brings the envelope to the hospital the next morning, he thinks to himself that he should give the envelope to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says to him that the preparation for the Minister can be done tomorrow, as he has organized a Christmas party for the I’ll kids. He says to him that he also has to do one thing, he has to apologise to the Goenka’s. Harshwardhan refuses to do so and leaves. Meanwhile Manjuri calls Manish and apologizes to him for the lie and requests they forget for their kids sake. Arohi finds the photo of Akshu helping Abhimanyu and gets scared.
Upcoming- At the Christmas party Arohi looks for the photo and says to herself what will be the consequences if the truth comes out Harshwardhan asks her what she is looking for, she tells him the truth and he says to her that Abhimanyu shouldn’t find that photo. Abhimanyu picks the photo and gets emotional and then looks over to Akshu.
