In the beginning of the episode, Manjuri goes to Abhimanyu’s room and asks him to eat something, he says he isn’t hungry. Manjuri says to him he hasn’t acted like this ever before. Abhimanyu says to her that before he beat the guy up he saw Akshu. He cries in Manjuri’s lap and says to her that he cannot stop thinking about Akshu. Meanwhile, Akshu reaches the bus station. Niel calls Akshu and says that he wants to meet her, Akshu tells him that she is at the bus station as she is leaving. He says if she misses one bus she’ll find thousands of such buses, but if Abhimanyu’s life gets messed up in this situation it won’t come back. He says to her that it’s Abhimanyu’s birthday and normally he’s very excited about it but this time he refused to celebrate it. Manjuri takes the phone and says to Akshu that she is the one to blame for the confusion and it’s not Abhimanyu or her fault. Manjuri says for Abhimanyu to move on with his life she has to help them. Manjuri requests her to not refuse to help them.
Arohi serves kachori to everyone. Akshu returns and takes the kachori from the plate. The family asks her if she left behind anything. Akshu says she wanted to leave because she wanted to run away from the situation that had been created in the house. Akshu says she forgot what Kartik and Sirat taught her that she needs to fight for herself and not leave her family. Kairav says to the family he also wants to apologize as he asked Akshu to leave. Manish gets angry at them for making decisions without talking to the family. Arohi stops Akshu on the way to her room and says to her that she again became great by sacrificing and making her the villain. Akshu says to her that she can think whatever she wants.
Mahima when Abhimanyu comes down asks him if he’s fine. Abhimanyu says to Mahima that on Dhanteras night he showed her Akshu’s picture and she didn’t react otherwise so how did such a big confusion be created in the house.
Akshu on video call talks to Niel and Manjuri and plans about Abhimanyu’s birthday. Niel suggests celebrating the birthday in the new wing of the hospital as no one would find out. She after the call ends says to herself that this is the least she can do for Abhimanyu by bringing a smile on his face. Manjuri says to Niel that she felt nice talking to Akshu and asks Niel if they are doing the right thing. Niel says they are doing this for Abhimanyu’s happiness. Akshu while walking down the stairs hallucinates Abhimanyu with her.
Arohi calls the whole family and tells them that she has received mail from the Birla hospital for the last day of joining. She also says that she has been given a place in Abhimanyu’s team. Manish says that she is not going to that hospital and she can apply in any other hospital.
Upcoming- Arohi sees Abhimanyu and her picture on the phone and says to herself that she’ll completely try to mix professional and personal relationships with him as now Akshu is also not going to be between them. Akshu goes to the hospital to celebrate Abhimanyu’s birthday.
