At the beginning of the episode, Sirat and Kairav tell Kartik that they have shortlisted some baby names, he rejects all of them and says he’ll choose a name himself for his baby. Both Kairav and Sirat start laughing, Kartik says that they pranked him with bad names and starts laughing with them. Manish calls Kartik as they are getting late for the meeting. Kartik before going asks Kairav to look after Sirat. Kartik kisses Sirat’s cheeks and asks her to take care of herself and his baby.
Kartik reaches his meeting location and checks the signal and then says to himself that as soon as the meeting gets over he’ll go outside and call and check up on her.
Suhasini brings a plate decorated for visiting the temple and asks her to touch it as the priest has told her that only Sirat can’t visit the temple, only the family members can. Kairav says to them that he will take care of her. Suvarna says to her that she’ll take Akshu with her, but Sirat says that Akshu is sleeping and she’ll care for her.
As soon as everyone leaves, Kairav and Sirat start dancing. Sirat goes into labor and calls out Kairav. He sees her and worries about her and says to call Kartik. Sirat tries calling him but he doesn’t connect as he is out of network reach. She tries calling Suvarna, but because of too much crowd and noise, they leave their phone in their purses. Sirat asks Kairav to help her out and bring the pink bag that Kartik made and her hospital files from the drawer. She calls the doctor and asks her to come home and do her check-up, the doctor says to her that Sirat should come to the hospital as there they will have facilities.
Sirat along with Kairav and Akshu is looking for a cab when their car returns after dropping the ladies at the temple. The car breaks down and the driver says he’ll arrange something. Kairav tries to sing to Sirat to distract her mind.
Kartik finishes his meeting and is about to leave the office to go to a network area to call Sirat but an associate of his stops him and asks questions regarding the meeting.
Sirat finds another car and reaches the hospital and tells the nurse to call the doctor as soon as she cannot control the pain. The doctor tells him to call her husband as he needs to sign forms.
Upcoming- Kartik reaches the hospital and before Sirat goes to the operation theatre meets her. The doctor says to Kartik that she is doubtful that they will be able to save his child.
