In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu in the hospital sees someone playing guitar on the phone and thinks to himself that he’ll someday find time and learn to play it from Akshu. The junior doctor comes and asks about Rudra’s status, Abhimanyu had flashbacks of Rudra passing comments on Arohi. He says to him that he should refer Rudra to the other hospital. Arohi hears this and thinks that Abhimanyu is doing this because of jealousy, she says to herself that she will now also show Abhimanyu what she can do.
Harshwardhan asks Neil how did he think that he can sign the documents of the hospital when it’s just been a day of him joining. Neil says to him that the staff was waiting for inventory, Harshwardhan says that then he should have gone to Abhimanyu as in his absence only Abhimanyu can sign. Neil says that he did go to Abhimanyu but he was busy, so the staff asked him to sign as he is also family. Harshwardhan asks him to repeat and when he does, he screams at Neil and says that he is just in the family and not a Birla. Harshwardhan says to him to remember that only his son Abhimanyu has the right to sign. Manjuri hears everything and feels bad for Neil, while Harshwardhan asks Manjuri to serve him tea.
Vansh comes to Arohi’s room and gives him ice-cream and says that he has made it for her, Arohi behaves rudely. Vansh asks him who she is upset at and she says that of the hospital, Vansh asks him to not bring the hospital at home. Arohi says to herself that she has to handle it and dials on the phone, and then gets angry that Akshu isn’t picking the call. Meanwhile Neil comes out upset, and Akshu consoles him and says that he is family. Neil asks her to not tell Abhimanyu, and Akshu thinks to herself that she can’t reveal it to Abhimanyu.
After serving tea to Harshwardhan, she thinks to herself that if she was brave enough to tell the truth things would have been different. Manjuri comes outside and Akshu stops him, and says that she has some idea of Neil’s adoption as she saw the papers. Manjuri gets scared and then asks her to let few things remain in the limit of privacy. Aksuu thinks to herself that Manjuri was not angry instead scared, and then asks herself why.
Abhimanyu comes from the office tired, and Akshu takes care of him and puts him to sleep. She then picks Arohi’s call, who tells her that Rudra had offered him a job and Abhimanyu is trying to sabotage it. Akshu says to Arohi that it cannot be possible as Abhimanyu is very caring of his staff’s safety. Akshu asks Arohi to go to sleep and she will talk to Abhimanyu later, while Arohi remains upset.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu comes to the charitable hospital and sees something wrong happening and voices his opinion. Harshwardhan at home asks Akshu how a 3rd grade hospital calls top heart surgeon and insults him. He says to her that if his son’s reputation is affected by this he will forget that she is also a Birla.
