At the beginning of the episode, Sirat finds another car and reaches the hospital, and tells the nurse to call the doctor as soon as she cannot control the pain. The doctor tells her to call her husband as he needs to sign forms as she has gone into labor in 7 months. She will try to deliver the baby normally but if there is a requirement of operation then they need a consent form signed by him. Sirat tells the doctor that Kartik is out of the city for a meeting and she is alone with her kids. Kairav says that as soon as Kartik knows that they are in the hospital he’ll reach. Kairav prays in front of God to take care of Sirat and his little sister and later he’ll take care of them.
Akhilesh praises Kartik for his presentation and says that there is a second meeting they have in Jaipur and he needs to present there. Kartik says that he will make the presentation but they’ll need to present as he cannot leave Sirat for the rest of her pregnancy. Akhilesh says he’s right he should take care of Sirat. He tells them that there is no network in the office so he is going outside to call her.
The ladies also come out of the temple and think of reaching the house quickly as Sirat is alone with Kairav. Suvarna checks her phone and sees multiple missed calls from Sirat. The driver arrives there and tells them to come along with him to the hospital as Sirat has been admitted.
Kartik sees the missed calls and video calls Sirat. Kairav picks the call and tells him that she went into labor and she has fainted from the pain in the hospital. Kartik says to Kairav that he is reaching and till then he needs to bravely take care of them. He asks Kairav to turn the camera towards her, he tells Sirat that he is reaching and she needs to keep conscious of her baby.
Kartik reaches the hospital and before Sirat goes to the operation theatre meets her and tells to keep brave. The doctor asks him to sign the consent form. He stands outside of the operation theatre when the doctor arrives and says to Kartik that she is doubtful that they will be able to save his child as the situation is very critical. Before Kartik could say anything to her, a nurse called her inside the operation theatre. Manish consoles a panicking Kartik.
Inside the operation theatre, the doctor and nurse heard around Sirat to operate her. Sirat falls unconscious, the whole family prays in front of the god. The doctor is able to regain Sirat’s consciousness. The family hears the baby crying and runs towards the operation theatre who tells them that the baby needs to be kept in an incubator.
Upcoming- Kartik says to Suvarna that he won’t be able to live if his baby doesn’t survive standing outside the incubator room. Kairav says to Akshu that the baby is moving after they gave her the blessed thread. Kartik hears that and is shocked.
