In the beginning of the episode, A stretcher with a patient crosses Abhimanyu and Akshu while they are talking. The nurse tells him that the woman fell down the temple stairs. Abhimanyu follows them inside the ward and Akshu outside remembers the incident with Sirat and panics. Abhimanyu comes outside and asks for help and takes her inside, he says to her that they can’t let the patient sleep so she should sing. Akshu gets jitters and he says to her that he knows the situation is critical but she has to help them out. Akshu starts singing, he worries for her as he sees her getting uncomfortable while singing but thinks to himself that this is happening because she has for the first time seen a critical accident.
Akshu comes out of the ward. Abhimanyu comes after her, and Akshu asks him if the woman is fine. He says to her that she is out of danger. She asks him again if she is okay and her kids won’t be orphans. He says to her to not worry, Akshu gets weak and hugs him, he says to her not to worry and she realises that she has hugged him and pulls back and leaves.
Harshwardhan says to Arohi that for the wedding to happen the photo needs to be found. After he leaves, Arohi gets the call from the college and she doesn’t get a network. She gets upset and says to herself that everything is supposed to go wrong today only. Meanwhile, Akshu sits on a sofa and says to herself that after Sirat’s accident, Arohi didn’t forgive Akshu and if she gets married into the Birla family, Arohi will forgive her. Akshu then says to herself that she needs to get some place away to clear her thoughts.
Harshwardhan and Arohi go to Anand’s office to delete the CCTV footage of the shivir. Anand and Mahima arrive there and both of them get shocked. Harshwardhan covers the situation after he sees the footage deleted. Kairav calls Arohi to ask about Akshu’s whereabouts as she is not picking the call. Arohi calls Kairav and tells him that she looked for Akshu in the hospital and couldn’t find her, Abhimanyu asks the watchman about Akshu. The watchman tells him that she left early. Abhimanyu goes on his bike to look for her, he looks around in all of the NGO’s she works at and doesn’t find her. He sees a temple and prays that he reaches Akshu somehow, he hears Akshu calling out his name.
Arohi comes to the hospital’s office and tells Anand, Mahima and Harshwardhan that Akshu is missing. Anand says to her to calm down as she might have gone somewhere and will return. Arohi says that at her house also everyone is panicking as she has not returned. Meanwhile, Kairav and Vansh also go looking for Akshu.
Upcoming- Akshu calls Manish and says she is returning. Akhilesh says to her that they have to stay back as the bridge is broken and it’s the only way back home. Abhimanyu and Akshu get intoxicated and dance together. He asks her to tell him that she loves him, she tells him that and both of them hug.
