At the beginning of the episode, Sirat signed on the formality papers that the operation gets started. Chauhan Shahab accuses Sirat of putting Ranveer in this situation. Sirat requested God to punish me instead of me as I am the reason for his condition.
Kartik came across Sirat in the hospital and she started crying seeing him. Kartik says I thought we are good friends and if Maudi doesn’t acknowledge me then I would never get to know about this. Sirat thought Mahdi told him that I don’t love Ranveer and have feelings for him. Suddenly Kartik told her Maudi informed me that Ranveer is in hospital and I would never get to know if I don’t see your post “what my luck”. Sirat just cries without saying anything. Kartik was insisting Maudi to tell me the truth but she reminded silent. Kartik went to Chauhan Shahab and ask him what happened that night tell me. He was about to say but the doctor interrupted. There Ranveer was requesting Sirat to tell me what you were telling last night. Sirat was standing quietly and crying. Ranveer calls him near him.
