In the beginning of the episode, Akshu calls Niel and asks him how the arrangements are coming together. Niel says it’s fine, Abhimanyu comes from behind and asks what’s happening there. Niel thinks Abhimanyu heard everything and starts to make excuses, but realizes when Abhimanyu says to not plan anything for his birthday that he hasn’t heard anything. Akshu thinks to herself if she can hear Abhimanyu’s voice once more. Niel calls him and says he loves him, Abhimanyu replies he loves him too. Akshu keeps the call and she also loves Abhimanyu a lot and she has to do everything to bring back his smile.
Akshu reaches the hospital’s new building. Manjuri and Akshu hug, and she introduces her to everyone. Abhimanyu comes back to his office and sees Ruby already there and asks her to leave when she doesn’t. He says he’ll leave as he is already irritated and he would say something to her which would be hurting. Harshwardhan says to Anand that he is going to visit the new building of the hospital as there is a lot of space and he is thinking of opening a ward there for charity patients. Harshwardhan reaches the building and Akshu hides, he wishes them luck for the preparation.
Arohi calls Abhimanyu, and tells him that she is joining his team from tomorrow. She asks him if it’s fine with him, Abhimanyu says to her that the doctors need know how to separate personal from professional. He tells her to be on time for work and ends the call. Arohi sees Abhimanyu and her picture on the phone and says to herself that she’ll completely try to mix professional and personal relationship with him as now Akshu is also not going to be between them. Arohi arranges her uniform and says from tomorrow she will prove that she is the right match for Abhimanyu.
Akshu goes to Abhimanyu’s office to decorate it. He comes to his office and Akshu hides. He says to himself that soon it’s going to be 12 o’clock so he should disconnect his calls. Akshu goes near him and wishes him a happy birthday. She says to himself that how could she not wish him on his happy day and leaves the office.
The next morning, Abhimanyu meditates in front of Mahadev in his room. Manjuri comes there and brings him his favourite dessert. She says to him if he is upset with her he should punish her but not remain quite like this with him as his silence is killing him. He hugs Manjuri. The other family members come and give him birthday wishes.
Upcoming- Akshu performs with everyone in Abhimanyu’s birthday party. Abhimanyu becomes happy by the performance and notices a feeling and turns towards her.
