At the beginning of the episode, Inside the operation theatre, the doctor and nurse heard around Sirat to operate on her. Sirat falls unconscious, the whole family prays in front of the god. The doctor is able to regain Sirat’s consciousness. The family hears the baby crying and runs towards the operation theatre who tells them that the baby needs to be kept in an incubator. Kairav asks the nurse if it’s a baby girl or boy. The nurse asks him what did he wish for when he says a sister, she tells him that God granted him his wish, it’s a baby girl. Everyone is happy to hear the gender of the baby. Kartik asks the doctor about Sirat’s health, the nurse tells him that she is unconscious and needs rest to recover. Everyone is praying for Sirat and the baby’s recovery. Kartik asks the doctor if he can meet them both. The doctor tells him that they can meet Sirat once she gains consciousness but for his baby the next 24 hours are critical.
Kartik says to Suvarna that he won’t be able to live if his baby doesn’t survive standing outside the incubator room. Suvarna and Manish console him and tell him to not lose hope as both Sirat and the baby are fighters. Kairav stands outside the incubator room with Akshu and says to the new baby that she needs to survive for the family. Akshu holds out her holy thread and Kairav asks the nurse to give it to his sister. Kairav says to Akshu that the baby is moving after they gave her the blessed thread. Kartik hears that and is shocked.
The next morning, Sirat gains consciousness and first calls for Kartik and asks him if her baby is alright. The doctor brings the baby and tells them that they have run all the tests and the baby is fine. Sirat asks the doctor to give the baby first in Kairav’s arms. Kairav gets emotional and then gives the baby into Kartik and Sirat’s arms. The family tells Kartik to stay in the hospital and take care of them while they will go home and get ready for their welcome.
Kartik tells Sirat for once he got really scared that he’ll only be left with one of them. Sirat tells him she is not going to leave him that easily, he says he also doesn’t want her to leave. Sirat asks if she can suggest a name for the baby but Kartik says that he has already thought about it and she’ll find it during the naming ceremony.
Everyone the next morning welcomes Sirat and the baby to the house. They dance together, Sirat asks Kartik about the name of the baby. He announces that he has chosen Arohi as the name for the baby. Everyone is happy with the name.
Upcoming- Sirat’s boxing junior comes as a guest for a function at her house and tells her that there is a boxing tournament for the Asian championship. They ask her if she’ll miss the opportunity, Kartik hears their conversation when passing.
