In the beginning of the episode, Harshvardhan sees him rush outside and comes outside his office and Akshu comes outside and hands her resignation when he says that he is firing her from the hospital. Akshu reaches home and asks Kairav where Manish is. He tells her that Manish is out for some work. He asks her why she asks. She tells the family that she has quit the hospital just for Manish as she loves him dearly, and leaves to her room. Akhilesh says to the family that now he just hopes that Arohi also quits. Abhimanyu reaches the address sent to him by Anisha, and consoles her. Manish’s car breaks down in the middle of the road. His phone doesn’t have a signal and nobody gives him a life.
Abhimanyu stops his bike and says to Manish to get on the bike and he will drop him. He starts walking and Abhimanyu follows him, he says to him that he can keep being angry after sitting on the bike. He says to himself that even Akshu didn’t make him follow so much. He starts breathing heavily, Abhimanyu stops another bike and tells the second passenger to sit behind him and he will drop him, whereas they will drop Manish.
Abhimanyu and the other bike reaches Goenka house. Akshu sees them from the terrace. Abhimanyu leaves, she calls him and asks him to stop the bike. She then asks him how Manish came with him. He says to her that he was buttering him. He then asks her if she resigned. She tells him she had to resign. He says to her that he will miss her in the hospital.
Kairav tells Manish about Akshu’s resignation. He gets shocked and says that he does want the girls to work but cannot bear them continuing in the Birla hospital. Arohi comes back and Manish asks her if she resigned. She says she wasn’t able to and would not as the reason she decided to become a doctor was to save lives after she saw her mother die in front of her. He says to her that she can work anywhere else. She says that she has worked very hard to be where she is and she is not getting it easy as the Birla’s are continuously taunting her but she won’t back off. Akshu supports her decision.
Akshu sits in her room and her guitar is about to fall. Arohi saves it from falling. She thanks her, Arohi says she doesn’t have to thank her. Arohi says to her that she doesn’t want to continue like this as she cannot take it anymore. Akshu says she understands. Arohi says she wants to start afresh, and wants to begin by forgiving her.
Upcoming- Arohi hears Abhimanyu talk to Anisha and feels weird and calls Akshu to meet her. She tells Akshu about the call she overheard and says that she has a strong feeling that something is wrong. Abhimanyu meets Anisha in a Cafe.
