In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu before leaving thinks to himself to meet Akshu once but then remembers Manish asked him not to come inside the house. Akshu at the same time comes outside to breathe and sees him. She runs towards him and they both fall on the decorations from the wedding. He says to her that she has gone through so much and yet always worries what others want. He asks her what she wants and he will fulfill it for her. She says at their wedding, she wants a family photo. He says it’s done and they will put it up in their room. She hugs him.
While he is leaving, he looks towards her and gestures that he doesn’t want to leave. She comes towards him and asks him why he is not leaving. He says to her that after she told him that she loves him, he doesn’t even want to leave her for one moment. Kairav comes outside to look for Akshu. They hear a child cry and go to look for him.
They see a kid on the tree crying. She asks Abhimanyu to climb fast on the tree and help the kid. The kid loses grip and is about to fall. They catch him together from falling. They sit with the kid and ask him why he climbed the tree. He tells them that he was collecting kites to get prize money to celebrate his birthday. Akshu says that Abhimanyu will help him collect kites.
Manish crosses from Arohi and Akshu’s room and hears Arohi say that Akshu isn’t home. Arohi comes down looking for Akshu. Kairav worries if Arohi finds Akshu she will make a huge scene. Manish asks them what happened. She tells him that Akshu isn’t at home, he is about to go outside to look for her. Kairav sees her in the corridor and helps her cover up that she was at the terrace collecting kites. Akhilesh asks them to get ready. Manish says they shouldn’t, he convinces him to go as they have to uphold their name in the society.
Harshwardhan brings a file to the dining table and gives it to Neil. He says to him that do something with his life and leave for Sitapur to set up a charity clinic. Abhimanyu reaches home and asks what’s going on. The family doesn’t reveal it to him as he would get angry. Neil thinks to himself that he always gets saved by Abhimanyu knowingly or unknowingly.
Both the family’s unknowingly come to the same Makar Sankranti gathering. At the gathering Suhasini asks everyone to try and be normal. Akshu sees a kite station and finds a kite and draws a family portrait with the two families with her and Abhimanyu in the middle.
Upcoming- Harshwardhan and Manish do a kite flying competition. The families dance together. Akshu notices a wire hanging loose and about to fall while she is flying the kite with Abhimanyu.
