In the beginning of the episode, Akshu in the morning comes to the kitchen where Manjuri is already working. Akshu takes the vegetables to cut, but Manjuri asks her to not as she also has to leave for work. Akshu says to her that I’d she is working in the kitchen she will as well, they start making the breakfast. Abhimanyu comes from the jog and sees Akshu in the kitchen, and hides from Manjuri and gestures to Akshu from outside the kitchen to come with him, but she gestures to him to leave. Abhimanyu gets upset and leaves.
Abhimanyu in his room workout, and Akshu brings him fenugreek water. He says that he is upset with her, she says to him to stop exercising as he is already hot and all the girls eye him, he says then they can do more as he doesn’t care. She taunts him, and then gets romantic while Neil interrupts them. Neil says to them that Manjuri is calling them. Abhimanyu thinks to himself that he has to take Akshu out as here at home they don’t get time.
Manjuri brings the adoption file outside, and throws the papers in the dustbin. Harshwardhan comes there and asks her what she is doing, she gets scared and throws all the papers in haste and says to him that she is cleaning and asks the staff to burn it out. Though a paper drops under the desk. Meanwhile, Akshu while leaving takes everyone’s blessings and Mahima and Harshwardhan taunt her but she takes stand and says to them that she is working not for money but for building herself. Anand wishes her luck, and then asks Mahima to wish her as well.
Akshu then asks Abhimanyu to hurry as she doesn’t want to get late on the first day, she drops her file near the vouch and puts the adoption papers in the file as well. Akshu reaches the hospital and sees the nurse not taking in patients and asking them to get checked in the private hospital. Akshu calls Abhimanyu to help them, she gives Birla hospital’s address to the lady in need. But, Abhimanyu arrives there himself and gets upset at the management. Akshu takes him outside and says to him to calm down and says to him that she could handle the situation and she only wanted him to treat the patient she was sending at his hospital. Abhimanyu apologizes and leaves.
Akshu arrives at home and Harshwardhan arrives after her and asks her, how a 3rd grade hospital calls top heart surgeon and insults him. He says to her that if his son’s reputation is affected by this he will forget that she is also a Birla. Manjuri is about to talk to Akshu, but Harshwardhan asks her to bring water. Later he says that tomorrow someone will come from the hospital to collect DNA samples, and Manjuri drops the tray in shock.
Upcoming- At the dining table Harshwardhan asks Abhimanyu to read the guests list, he does. When Abhimanyu takes Dr. Avni Rathore’s name, both Harshwardhan and Manjuri get shocked.
