In the beginning of the episode, Arohi takes blessings from everyone before leaving for the hospital. Manish warns him by saying to stick to her profession. After Arohi leaves Akshu thinks to herself that she needs to be extra careful in the hospital as she has to hide from both the Birla’s and Arohi. Akshu is leaving for the hospital from the back gate when Kairav comes there and asks if she needs a lift. She tells him that she’ll manage. At the hospital, Abhimanyu reaches and the guard gives him a gift, he hopes it’s from Akshu but finds it from Ruby and gets upset. He thinks to himself why he is still hopeful that Akshu will return to him. Abhimanyu enters the hospital and the staff sings a birthday song for him. He thanks them and says their love and support makes him stronger. They ask him to come along with them as they have a surprise planned for him.
Abhimanyu gets surprised by the decorations and efforts of everyone. Neil starts the function, the kids perform for him. Akshu performs with everyone in Abhimanyu’s birthday party. Abhimanyu becomes happy by the performance and feels Akshu’s presence when she crashes into him while dancing. He hallucinates her and him dancing. Akshu is about to fall and Abhimanyu feels a pull towards her, but before Abhimanyu reaches him she walks away and the kids crowd Abhimanyu. Meanwhile, Arohi thanks Harshwardhan for giving her an opportunity. She says to him that she won’t let him down and won’t anything go wrong.
Neil follows Akshu, he says to her that they got saved by an inch from being exposed in front of Abhimanyu. Neil announces that there is a special gift for Abhimanyu. Manjuri comes on stage and remembers how Akshu motivated her to sing and practiced with her. Manjuri sings and Abhimanyu gets emotional and everyone applauds for Manjuri. Abhimanyu hugs Manjuri and thanks her for the surprise. Akshu in the corner says to herself that she always wants to remember Abhimanyu by that smile. Abhimanyu takes Neil to a corner and asks him who’s help he has taken to arrange for the celebration as he knows he cannot think of this idea. Neil makes an excuse and joins everyone else.
Upcoming- Harshwardhan says to Manjuri that he didn’t say anything to her singing because it was Abhimanyu’s birthday but he doesn’t like her singing. Abhimanyu in his office changes his shirt and Ruby enters while Akshu hides behind the pile of gifts. Ruby says to him that she knows he is lonely. He says he isn’t lonely as he loves someone and her presence is always around him. Akshu is about to fall when Abhimanyu saves her.
