Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30th December 2022 Written Update, Akshara dream Abhimanyu stopping her from going way. Abhimanyu asks Akshara she can’t go away even if he scolds her. He adds if she can go away than he can come to her too. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to not leave her. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to have water. Akshara gets happy. Back to reality, new guy offers water to Akshara. Akshara refuse to take new guy help. New guy asks Akshara not to stress as he was trying to help her. He calls out doctor and asks him to convince Akshara to have juice.
Abhimanyu asks Mahima about Manjiri. Mahima says they are monitoring her. She further asks Abhimanyu to take appointment for Arohi too. She says it will be good if they get her check-up done by gynaecologist. Doctor asks Akshara to take care of herself as one more live is taking birth inside her. Akshara scolds doctor and asks if he took doctor degree by donation. New guy think Akshara is scolding doctor. He decides to bring medicine for Akshara.
Rohan asks Abhimanyu to have some protein bar as he can’t see him breaking down. Abhimanyu hugs Rohan. Akshara gets shocked when doctor reveal to her that amid her twins one baby survived. Akshara says but she suffered miscarriage. Doctor says it is a medical miracle that one baby survives. Akshara panics. Doctor asks Akshara to take care of herself as she has a complicated pregnancy. Akshara decide to inform Abhimanyu about their baby. Doctor asks Abhimanyu to relax.
Arohi calls Abhimanyu. She asks about Manjiri. Abhimanyu asks Arohi if she is fine. Arohi says yes. She says she will keep him calling to learn about Manjiri. Abhimanyu hangs up the call. Akshara tries to reach Abhimanyu. Manjiri gets a panic attack. Abhimanyu ignores Akshara’s call when Manjiri gets a panic attack. Manish tells to Swarna and Suhasini that Akshara was spotted boarding pathankot bus. Swarna and Suhasini wonder if Akshara went to her friends place. Manish worries about Arohi, Akshara.
Abhimanyu takes Akshara’s call. He bashes Akshara for calling him. Akshara about to inform Abhimanyu about their baby. Abhimanyu accuses Akshara and says he lost his babies because of her. He hangs up the call. Akshara think she too lost babies but now she will survive for the one. Abhinav calls out Akshara. Akshara slaps Abhinav.
Abhimanyu think why Akshara is calling her. Mahima asks Abhimanyu to move on from Akshara for Manjiri’s sake. Abhimanyu assures Mahima. Abhinav tries to console Akshara. Akshara apologize to Abhinav for unintentionally slapping him. Abhinav says to Akshara that she can make a call to her near one who can listen to her. Akshara asks Abhinav not to irritate her. Abhinav pleads Akshara to eat for her baby sake.
