In the beginning of the episode, Arohi after reading the DNA reports comes to Akshu and says to her that she had found that Harshwardhan has an illegitimate son, Akshu looks seriously towards Arohi and asks who is he. Arohi says it’s Neil, Akshu goes to look for Abhimanyu but he goes to a emergency surgery, then she goes to Manjuri and says to her that she knows why she wanted the DNA test not to be taken. Manjuri asks Akshu to not let anyone know the truth. The founders day function starts and Arohi leaves the DNA file knowingly on rhe table, and Akshu picks it. Arohi then asks Neil to get the file as Harshwardhan needs it, he goes and gets the file from Akshu.
Arohi elbows Neil and the file falls down and Neil reads the DNA report, Abhimanyu comes and Akshu rushes to him after seeing that Neil saw the report. Harshwardhan comes to Neil and scolds him while he cries, Neil says to Harshwardhan that he is not a orphan and then screams and says he wants everyone to know that he is not an orphan. Abhimanyu comes to Neil and asks him why is saying like this who said to him that he is an orphan.
Neil cries and continues repeating that he is not an orphan and the report turn the camera towards Neil, but Shefali talks to them and gets the camera to stop. Abhimanyu takes the paper from Neil’s fist and is about to read, but Manjuri faints taking Akshu’s name. Abhimanyu takes Manjuri in his hold and then asks Akshu to take care of Neil. Vansh takes Neil with him, while the family goes after Manjuri. Akshu gets scared thinking of everything coming out and Manjuri’s health. Abhimanyu keeps the DNA report paper in his pocket.
The Goenka’s return home and prays for everything to get better as their daughter is in the same family, Arohi smirks and thinks of finally receiving relief. The Birla goes back to their house and Abhimanyu raked someone’s bike to go back home and makes Akshu sit in the car with Parth. Harshwardhan in the car vents his anger to Anand and Mahima, he says to them that he will kill Neil today as he has spoiled such as important day for the Birla hospital.
Abhimanyu’s on the bike keeps thinking about everything that happened in the hospital, his bike stops midway and he sees the paper. He reads the match between Harshwardhan and Neil is 98% and gets angry and pushes the bike.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu says to Akshu that he is going to look for his brother, Akshu says and she is coming with him. He says nut what today happened it was also her fault. Abhimanyu then goes alone to look for Neil, who on the road is about to be hit by a car.
