In the beginning of the episode, Akshu says to Manjuri to not worry as she will talk to Abhimanyu. She knocks at his door and asks for permission, he says now she will also ask for permission. She says what’s wrong in it. Abhimanyu says to Akshu to not try to calm him down as today his family didn’t tell him anything and a bid accident could have happened. She says but it got avoided and it’s family small situations like this happen. She then says to him that she is getting hungry, he apologizes to her and says he will feed her. He feeds her first and then she does.
Suvarna says to Manish that she is worried about Akshu as she will not be able to tolerate and help the family solve situations as she is very simple. Manish says to her that she had to be confident in her upbringing and they are also humans and a family and Akshu knows how to keep relationships intact. Meanwhile, Mahima passes by Abhimanyu’s room and hears them giggling and says to herself that she was wrong in understanding Akshu as she has not yet come to the family and the family is fighting.
Akshu says to Abhimanyu that she is going home now as it is late. He sings for her to stop her, she says if sings so badly she will runoff. He holds her tight and says to try and runoff, she says someone will see them. He asks her to give her a kiss, she says not now. He kisses her on the cheek and Akshu returns the kiss. Neil comes to Abhimanyu’s room, Abhimanyu says to him that now he is getting married so he knocks at his door. Neil hides behind Akshu and she takes her side. Then she asks him to drop her off at home.
Akshu reaches home and the family tells her to tell Abhimanyu that tomorrow is their pre-wedding photoshoot. Abhimanyu at night after his duty calls Akshu, she tells him to prepare for tomorrow as she wants to do the photoshoot. Meanwhile, Mahima gets angry at Anand when he comes home to take Akshu’s side. He says that the patients wanted Akshu and he couldn’t refuse them, he then gets upset and goes to sleep.
Abhimanyu assigns Arohi a kid to take care of. The kid looks at her and she asks him why he is looking at her. He says to her that he and his mother saw her when they were going to get hay for the cow, in the car. Arohi gets nervous as Abhimanyu is standing outside the ward.
Upcoming- The kid comes to the photoshoot of Abhimanyu and Akshu, and says tk him that he is here as promised. She introduces her family to him, and he asks her if the doctor girl is his sister. She says yes and he tells her that he saw her at the accident site looking for something.
