In the beginning of the episode, Neil and Parth ask Manjuri to talk to Abhimanyu to not leave the hospital, she says to them that he is doing the right thing as Harshwardhan has crossed the line by insulting Akshu. In the office, Arohi hears Abhimanyu talk to Anisha and feels weird and calls Akshu to meet her. She tells Akshu about the call she overheard and says that she has a strong feeling that something is wrong. She says to her that she has nothing to do with Abhimanyu’s business but because she loves him, she is worried about her. Akshu says Abhimanyu isn’t like that and she doesn’t want to check on him as if he wants to tell her anything, it will be himself.
Abhimanyu meets Anisha in a Cafe. He says to her that she has to stop doing what she is doing as she will also hurt Birla’s. She says to him that if tell anyone about her she will really end her life. He says to her that he has to tell someone at home about the situation. She says to him that he cannot. Kairav sees Abhimanyu with Anisha when they hug each other.
Harshwardhan calls Manish and asks him if their family wants to destroy them or what. He says to him to ask Akshu to stop instigating Abhimanyu against their family. He says to him that because of Akshu their house is already unstable, now if Abhimanyu leaves the hospital their income will always go down. Manish says to him that it’s their deeds that are making them pay. He ends the call. Later, Harshvardhan tells Anand and Mahima that the head of the diamond association is coming to their hospital, and it’s a good opportunity for them. He then asks if the Goenka’s are also in the diamond industry, and has a wicked smile on his face.
Akshu receives a call for a music therapist work at a health camp. She reaches there and is directed to Abhimanyu’s desk. He hugs her from behind and she asks him if he organized the camp. Before he could talk to Akshu he gets an emergency call for an accident. Anisha arrives at the camp to return Abhimanyu’s wallet. She and Akshu stumble into each other and from Anisha’s hand Abhimanyu’s wallet gets dropped.
Kairav texts Akshu that he saw Abhimanyu with a girl. She remembers Arohi saying the same thing. She then later receives a call from Kairav who asks her where she is. She tells him that she came for a health camp and coincidentally Abhimanyu was there as well. Kairav asks if she asked him about what he texted her. She says she trusts him.
Upcoming- Anisha comes with Akshu to her house. Kairav sees her and asks her why she is here. She says that she finds a way of getting what’s her’s. Abhimanyu on video call sees Anisha and worries about Akshu thinking he lied to her.
