In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu and Akshu come inside the ward. Abhimanyu asks Arohi what the kid was saying. She says that the kid is very naughty and continuously talking, so she asked him to rest but he said to ask his mother. Akshu asks him to rest so he recovers quickly and is able to go home. He says but till he will get well her photo shoot will be done. Abhimanyu says to Akshu to get the first photo clicked with her and Akshu clicks a selfie. Kairav calls and Akshu asks Abhimanyu to come along, they leave. The kid asks Arohi why she got scared all of a sudden, she thinks to herself that the kid is clever and she has to find a way to trick him.
At Goenka house everyone praises the setup made by Vandh for the shoot. Manish asks Suvarna to come with him and get some photos clicked as at their time they had nothing like this, they pose and Vansh clicks. Manish says to Suvarna to control her tears as Akshu is not yet married. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu says to Akshu that instead of the photo shoot they could have gone for another date. He says they could have been clicked through the eye and saved in the heart. She says that she has enough photos saved in heart’s hard disk.
A nurse comes and says to Abhimanyu that there is an emergency case Akshu asks him to go. She then thinks to herself that she had to adjust with things as she is going to get married to a doctor. She then calls Kairav and says that she and Abhimanyu are going to get late as there is an emergency case Abhimanyu is stuck in. Arohi says to herself that she has to do something for the kid so that he acts smart and reveals things to Akshu and Abhimanyu. Akshu taps at Arohi’s shoulder and she gets scared, Akshu asks her why she got scared, she says she was just work stressed.
Akshu gets bored and plays guitar, Kairav calls Akshu and says that they have tk return the setup by 7pm. She says it’s already 5pm and there is no sign of Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu finishes his shift and comes to look for Akshu In the music room. He sees her in the dress and praises her, the Goenka family comes out and asks him to change but Akshu says first she will get clicked in the uniform. Akshu and Abhimanyu’s photo shoot is done, and then a family photo gets clicked.
The kid comes to the photo shoot of Abhimanyu and Akshu, and says tk him that he is here as promised. She introduces her family to him, and he asks her if the doctor girl is his sister. She says yes and he tells her that he saw her at the accident site looking for something. Akshu confronts Arohi.
Upcoming- Akshu asks Arohi if there was any connection between theirs and Manjuri’s accident. Akshu looks at her with shock Arohi says to her to not look at her like that as it was just an accident and nobody died, Akshu slaps Arohi.
