In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu goes to the side and sees his ring and gets upset. Akshu comes there with a leaf and says to him that she found the Jamun leaves in his garden and it will help to calm his wound. Abhimanyu says to her that she has medicine for the pain he is having in his heart. Akshu says time is the best medicine and marriage fixes everything. Akshu then treats his wound. Abhimanyu says to her what are they doing, she says to him that he is getting married to her sister and the ring is the evidence of her. She says to him once he gets married to Arohi he’ll forget everything. While Arohi thinks to herself that until the day Akshu is in support of her marriage to Abhimanyu everything will be okay. Kairav while crossing the corridor sees Akshu crying and coming from where Abhimanyu is standing and gets worried for her.
The Goenka’s take leave. Anand says to them that now every function will bring the two families closer. Kairav sees Akshu and Abhimanyu looking at each other and asks Akshu to come along. Abhimanyu in his room sits on the resting chair and takes off his ring and looks at the bandage Akshu tied to him. Both Akshu and Abhimanyu struggle with their emotions.
Kairav comes to Akshu’s room with turmeric milk and says to her that she cannot decrease others’ pain by giving herself the pain. Kairav says to Akshu that it’s his fault that he kept quiet even after knowing her feelings for Abhimanyu but now he won’t. Akshu says to him to not do anything. Meanwhile, Neil brings turmeric milk for Abhimanyu, he says to him that he is tired of home remedies. Abhimanyu breaks the glass and Neil says to him he should have broken the engagement instead. Neil shows Abhimanyu the video of him hurting himself and says to him that if he doesn’t tell Manjuri about his feelings then he will do it. When Neil and Kairav are about to tell the truth, Manjuri gets called by Harshwardhan and Kairav gets disturbed by the guests at his house.
Akshu takes him to the side. She says to him that he can’t tell anyone anything as her happiness in Arohi’s happiness. Kairav says to her to not become so great and be a normal person. She hugs him and requests him to not say anything. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu hugs Neil and says to him that he would have done everything if Akshu would have just once asked her. When Manjuri comes, Abhimanyu makes an excuse and takes Neil with him. Neil says to him that he won’t give up like he and Akshu have.
Upcoming- Akshu says bye to Abhi while leaving the hospital, he asks her to call him by his complete name. Neil shows the video of Abhimanyu hurting himself to Manjuri, who says to herself that she should talk to him
