In the beginning of the episode, Akshu calls Abhimanyu and pretends to be upset. He on-call asks Akshu if anything has happened as she is upset. He says to her that he couldn’t pick up the phone as he was in the operation theater. He says to her that she is a girlfriend of a doctor so she has to be considerate of the time.
She says to him that she is upset because he hid the truth from her. He starts thinking that Akshu found out about Anisha. Akshu starts laughing and says that she was pranking him. He says to her that because of her prank he could have had a heart attack. She says to him that it’s not possible as his heart is with her. He gets continuous calls from Anisha, so she says to Akshu that he’ll call later.
In the morning, Abhimanyu and Anisha come out of a park and he says to her that he cannot come to meet her every time she calls him. She says that she can’t go home so she can at least be with him. Arohi sees him and Anisha get on his bike, she follows them. Abhimanyu hides and Arohi moves forward looking for them. He wonders if Arohi has seen them. Anisha while drinking juice says to Abhimanyu that Akshu is gorgeous. He looks confused, she says to him that he left his wallet with her, and she saw her photos in it. He says to her to stay away from her and her family.
Manish gets a call, he says that he will be on time for the diamond association meeting. He calls the driver but he doesn’t respond. Akshu comes with the car and tells him that the drivers are out with Vansh. He gets in the car and says to himself that sometimes Abhimanyu comes with his bike and then Akshu gives him a lift in the car.
She drops him and says that she really loves him. He leaves without responding. She then thinks to call Abhimanyu, his phone says out of reach. She calls the health camp, and she is told that Abhimanyu hasn’t come yet. She then calls Birla’s house, Manjuri picks and says to her that she is very happy about the decision made by Abhimanyu and tells her that he left home early.
She finally cas Neil, who says to her that now he can call her sister-in-law. She blushes and then asks him about Abhimanyu. He tells her that he spoke to him and he has called him to place and she should accompany him and surprise him. They reach there and Abhimanyu gets nervous if Akshu and Anisha come across each other.
Upcoming- Anisha comes with Akshu to her house. Kairav sees her and asks her why she is here. She says that she finds a way of getting what’s her’s. Abhimanyu on video call sees Anisha and worries about Akshu thinking he lied to her.
