In the beginning of the episode, Anisha leaves as she gets a call. While she is on call Abhimanyu seems distracted. Akshu thinks to herself that he is in a tough spot as he is not able to tell her the truth or lie about the situation he is in. She says to Neil that she will leave as Abhimanyu seems busy. He thinks to himself that Akshu understood his situation. He goes and hugs her before leaving. Neil asks him why he called him. He tells him that Anisha has returned, he gets shocked. Abhimanyu calls Kairav to meet, he agrees. While leaving, akshu stumbles into Anisha who gets hurt. She offers to take her home.
Anisha comes with Akshu to her house. She introduces her to everyone, Kairav is shocked to see her there. Suhasini asks her if she’s in town for studies. She tells them that she is here because of a boy as he made her fall in love and then broke ties saying that the families won’t accept.
Kairav texts Abhimanyu to meet soon.
Manjuri looks worried in the kitchen. Abhimanyu says to her that Harshwardhan again put her forward to talk to him. She says to him that she doesn’t know if he should go to the camp or hospital, but she knows for fact that his patients are waiting for him. She says to him to think about his patients.
Anisha follows Kairav by excusing herself for the washroom. Kairav sees her and asks her why she is here. He takes her to a corner and asks her why she came to his house with Akshu. She says that she finds a way of getting what’s her’s. Abhimanyu sees Kairav’s missed calls and worries. Akshu calls him and she asks him if he is fine, she says to him to just tell her he is not in any problem. He on video call sees Anisha and worries about Akshu finding the truth.
Akshu sees Kairav and Anisha together and says to Abhimanyu that she will call him later. She then asks Anisha why she is here. She says to her that she got lost. Abhimanyu calls her and she picks the call. He says to her to get out of the house as he is handling things. She says things fast as she cannot wait any longer.
Harshwardhan comes from the hospital and asks Manjuri if she spoke to Abhimanyu about rejoining the hospital. She says to him that she wasn’t able to, he says to her that it’s a serious matter and she should hurry. Abhimanyu says from behind to stop hindering his mother and not involve her. Meanwhile, Manish gives Kairav an invite for Vasant panchami to go to.
Upcoming- At the Vasant panchami celebration, Abhimanyu and Akshu enjoy the swing. Later, Arohi sees Anisha there and clicks her photo and shows it to Akshu, who gets shocked and sees Abhimanyu and Neil running after her.
