In the beginning of the episode, the Goenka family congratulates Akshu and says to her that she is lucky as Abhimanyu opened a whole department for her. Manjuri calls Akshu and hugs her, everyone praises Manjuri for singing. Akshu and Abhimanyu take the blessing, Abhimanyu goes to a side and calls the agent and says to him to send clear footage as nothing is visible in this one. He then says to himself that it’s good that Akshu is around or he would have gone crazy, she sees Abhimanyu and goes and stands beside him and says to him that she has to talk to him.
Everyone requests Akshu also to sing, and Abhimanyu asks her to sing. Anand asks Mahima and Harshwardhan if they knew about the new department. Harshwardhan says he didn’t know, he says that it’s all conclusions of his given freedom to Abhimanyu. Mahima says that she understands that Abhimanyu has the right to make decisions, but he should have also had to ask them as they are his colleagues.
Akshu sings the Bhavani, she goes around the room. Arohi holds her and says to her why she wants to spoil things for herself and hurt Abhimanyu, she says that everything for her will end. Akshu says that she will not stop, she will reveal the truth to Abhimanyu. Akshu goes back to the stage and while the song is about to end she falls, Abhimanyu saves her.
Abhimanyu says to her why she is so careless when she knows he cannot tolerate something happening to her and Manjuri, he says Manjuri has just recovered from an accident. Akshu gets an anxiety attack, and Abhimanyu holds her and tells her to be careful. She says to him that she wants to talk to him and doesn’t deserve his love, and Arohi falls unconscious.
Mahima asks Abhimanyu to take Akshu and treat her, and she will look after Arohi. Harshwardhan outside the ward asks Anand what he thinks had happened to the girls. He tells him that Arohi had fatigue, and Akshu might have had anxiety because of the wedding preparation. Harshwardhan says that someone from the Goenka family is always admitted to their hospital and they should open a ward for the family. Anand says that to not give this suggestion to Abhimanyu, as he could also get that made. Harshwardhan says to Anand to question Abhimanyu about the department.
Akshu wakes and Abhimanyu asks her what happened that she had such a major panic attack, he says to her to not say it was nothing as he is sure something has happened. She asks him how Arohi is, he tells her that Arohi needs rest as she did her first long surgery yesterday. Akshu sees Abhimanyu’s phone when it rings, he tells her about the private investigator.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu comes to Arohi’s ward and asks Akshu what is happening. He says that something happened between them as Arohi screamed. Akshu says that they were involved in Manjuri’s accident.
