At the beginning of the episode, Manish was feeling guilty for giving sleeping pills to him without acknowledging him. Kairav came and hugged Kartik by saying tomorrow we have to go for finding Naira. Suddenly Kartik wakes up and tries to find Naira, he notices Kairav sleeping beside him. Kartik wakes and moved out for Naira.
Manish got a call from the police, and they inform that they had recovered a dead body which is totally damaged, so you have to come for its recognization. Kartik overhears and says I would go for it because I know that is not Naira. Kartik scolds Manish for getting into their plan.
Badi Nani lost her mental peace. They all went for the recognization of the body. Kartik was telling Luv, kush that after completing this formality I would search for Naira. Kartik went and said to them that had come here in a hope that the face behind the white cloth is not of Niara. Kartik said, everyone not to come along with him as Naira is still alive. Kartik slowly went inside the room where a body was covered with a white cloth.
Kartik pulled the cloth in hope that Naira would not be there but after seeing they came out and started vomiting. All noticed Naira bangle on Kartik’s hand and screamed. Kartik ran outside the hospital and came on the roads. Luv and Kush were searching for him on the roads. Kairav was feeling flustered as Naira was not coming back.
Kartik was Running on the roads by recalling his past moments with Naira. Kairav was crying for Naira and Kartik. Dadi started panicking and called Manish, but they misunderstood that the dead body was not of Naira. They all felt happy and being in a hope that Naira would be returning home. Kartik came and fell outside the house.
Kairav came and asked Kartik what happened, but he was silent. Kairav saw Naira bangle in his hand and started panicking. Kairav was forcing Kartik to take him to Naira, but he was not saying a single word.
