At the beginning of the episode, Sirat sees the cab cross and follows it. The cab driver stops the car in someplace distant and quiet and asks Gayu to give all the jewelry and money with her or he’ll kill her kids. Gayu gets scared and starts taking off her jewelry. Sirat punches the cab driver and saves Gayu from the cab driver.
Kartik arrives at the scene and asks Gayu why did she leave the house?. He says when everyone wants her happiness and he promised her nobody will take any step with her wanting it. Gayu tells him that Sirat took her without her permission to meet the guy, even when she told her that she didn’t want to go and didn’t feel nice. Kartik asks her how long she knew him and did she really think that he would let anything happen without her consent. Sirat apologizes to her for not understanding the situation.
They return back home, Suhasini asks the kids to go inside. Manish tells Sirat that the family asked her to speak to Gayu as her sister and know what’s on her mind, he asks Sirat but what did she do instead. Surekha taunts Sirat. Kartik tells everyone that they all are at fault as all of them did not understand Gayu. Kartik says that Gayu isn’t looking for marriage and everyone is going to respect the decision.
In her room, Sirat is disheartened and blames herself for not being good enough like Naira who handled everything. Kartik hugs her from behind and tells her to forget what happened today. He tries to lighten the mood and kiss Sirat, they hear Kairav calling them.
Kairav tells everyone that he needs to submit a handmade item that can be sold and the proceeds would go to charity. Sirat suggests Kairav to make greeting cards as he is good at painting. Sirat praises his greeting cards and buys two from him. Kartik asks her what she’ll do with it. She tells him she’ll give it to tomorrow’s birthday boys. Kartik thanks her for remembering his and Kairav’s birthday. She thinks to herself that she will make the birthday a memorable one.
Upcoming- Sirat overhears Kartik telling Suvarna to keep Sirat away from the birthday preparation. She thinks that Kartik doesn’t want to include her. Manish says that he is doing the right thing as Sirat cannot plan things like Naira use to do
