In last week’s episodes, Akshu calls Abhimanyu and pretends to be upset. He on call asks Akshu if anything has happened as she is upset. He says to her that he couldn’t pick up the phone as he was in the operation theater. He says to her that she is a girlfriend of a doctor so she has to be considerate of the time.
She says to him that she is upset because he hid the truth from her. He starts thinking that Akshu found out about Anisha. Akshu starts laughing and says that she was pranking him. He says to her that because of her prank he could have had a heart attack. She says to him that it’s not possible as his heart is with her. He gets continuous calls from Anisha, so she says to Akshu that he’ll call later.
Abhimanyu calls Kairav to meet, he agrees. While leaving, akshu stumbles into Anisha who gets hurt. She offers to take her home. Anisha comes with Akshu to her house. She introduces her to everyone, Kairav is shocked to see her there. Suhasini asks her if she’s in town for studies. She tells them that she is here because of a boy as he made her fall in love and then broke ties saying that the families won’t accept. Kairav texts Abhimanyu to meet soon.
At the Vasant panchami celebration, both the cousins’ clans of the family arrive at the same function. Abhimanyu sees Kairav going inside and thinks they were supposed to meet outside and follows him inside. Both Abhimanyu and Akshu’s hearts beat fast from being around each other. He sits on the swing to clean his shoe. Akshu comes behind him and sees him worried and says to him that they should enjoy the current moment. Abhimanyu and Akshu enjoy the swing.
Arohi sees Anisha there and clicks her photo. She takes Akshu to a corner and says that the girl she saw with Abhimanyu is at the function and wants to show it to her, she notices it’s Anisha and gets shocked. Anisha comes in front of Kairav who tries to get away from her, she falls down. He tries to help her but she pushes him and runs away, Kairav follows him. Akshu sees Abhimanyu and Neil running after Anisha, and wonders what’s going on, she follows them. Meanwhile, Harshvardhan instigates the diamond merchant head against Manish. She sees Abhimanyu bring Anisha out of the lake and hold her close to him.
Akshu asks Abhimanyu who Anisha is. He brings her near the window and asks her to look outside. She sees Kairav and Anisha together in the garden. Abhimanyu says to her that Anisha is her sister, she and Kairav are in love. She runs towards the garden. He runs after her, she stumbles over the waterpipe and falls with Abhimanyu. Anisha and Kairav run to pick them. She starts crying and Kairav asks her if she is angry with him. She tells him that she is happy. He says there is nothing as he came here to finish things.
Anisha says this time around she won’t let things happen according to Kairav and she would get what’s her’s and leave too. Abhimanyu says that she will not go to Birla house, that means she is going to Goenka’s. Anisha comes to the Goenka house, Suvarna welcomes her. She says to them that the previous time she came here it was for Kairav and to introduce herself as Kairav’s girlfriend. Arohi tells the family that Anisha is a Birla. Manish says it is out of his understanding that last time she came here for help with Akshu and now she is saying that she is Kairav’s girlfriend.
Will Akshu and Abhimanyu mend things between the family’s?
