In the beginning of the episode, Sirat brings Ranveer to the hospital. Kartik reaches to the hospital wondering if Ranveer has already told Sirat or not. When the doctor’s comes outside Sirat asks what has happened to him. The doctor says he already informed him and Kartik that this will happen when the toxic will reach the whole body. Kartik arrives near the OT and the Doctor tells him that Ranveer has very less time on his hand. Sirat gets very angry at Kartik and says that he always said that he is her friend and he kept a secret. Kartik tells Sirat that this is not the time to get angry at him, instead she should go and spend the time with Ranveer.
Narendranath and his wife come to the hospital and break down after getting the news. Sirat sits near Ranveer’s bed. He apologizes to her. She asks him not as she won’t let anything happen to him. Kartik prays to Krishna ji help his parents. Sirat goes to meet the doctor. Kartik goes to the room and tell Ranveer that he also needs to be positive as only Sirat trying wouldn’t help.
The doctor tells Sirat that they can’t do anything for Ranveer. As the only option is surgery after that he would go to a coma. Doctor tells Sirat that the options is it in her hand what she wants for Ranveer a easy death or slow and painful death. She says there is hope in her and asks doctor to go forward with the operation. Ranveer asks Kartik what has he thought about Sirat and her relationship. Sirat comes there and then nurse asks them to leave.
Kartik asks Sirat if she is still upset with him, and then tells her that Ranveer has asked him to not tell anything to Sirat and he couldn’t break his promise to Ranveer. Seerat says that they still have an option of operation. Kartik says it’s very dangerous and Ranveer knew about it and decided not to go with an operation because he doesn’t want to live a miserable life. Sirat says she is not losing hope she will take care of Ranveer if required. Kartik tries to make her understand that she is not thinking about Ranveer but she refuses to understand and leaves.
Narendranath blames Sirat and Kartik for Ranveer’s health in front of Ranveer. Ranveer tells him not to say a single word against Sirat. The nurse arrives and asks everyone to leave and let Ranveer rest. Ranveer asks Kartik to wait and tell him that’s he just saw that how Narendra Nath behaves with Sirat in front of him so he should imagine how he will behave when he’s not around. Ranveer then ask Kartik to take care of Sirat when he is not here.
Kartik sits alone and imagines Naira. Naira tells Kartik to go and be with his friends and not sit alone. Kartik tells Naira that he is feeling helpless as he is not able to help and hei also couldn’t help Naira. Naira says it is better that someone knows that his loved one is going to die then waiting for the unknown. Sirat sees a little girl and a mother talk and comes know from the nurse that her daughter is dying and she is trying to fulfill every last wish of her’s. Sirat rushes to Kartik who’s standing near Ranveer’s ward. She tells kartik that she has decided that she’ll fulfill every wish of Ranveer and make him forget about the pain.
Upcoming- Sirat brings Ranveer home. Ranveer before dying puts Sirat’s hand in Kartik’s and asks them that his last wish is that both of them live together.
