In the beginning of the episode, Kartik tries to free Sirat from the police but he fails. The inspector drags Sirat by her hand outside of the house where the media is waiting for Sirat. The media question Sirat’s character and her relation with Kartik. Kartik wants to go and stop them but Manish holds him with the help of Akhilesh. Kartik asks Manish to let him go and help Sirat. Manish tells him that there is too many media person out there and he would only invite more problems for the family. Kartik gets out of their hold and when runs towards Sirat she signals him not to come near her. Kartik stops.
Narendranath in his house sees the news channel where the host is referring to the medical reports and saying that Sirat was poisoning Ranveer for three months. Narendranath talks to himself and says that when she doesn’t have any way to go and the court believes she is to blame for Ranveer’s death. His revenge will be fulfilled. Sirat arrives at the police station. The media is even present there and questions her. Somebody from the crowd throws a bottle on her and says they used to also want to be like Sirat before but now it’s a shame. When Sirat is locked behind the bars the news host comes there and questions her regarding the case. The inspector sends her away. The other three persons that Sirat is locked up with make harsh comments on her.
Manish tells Kartik that he cannot make a move right now because the media is on him. Manish says that they don’t have to be in touch with Sirat to protect themselves. Maudi faints from their harsh comments on Sirat. Kartik takes her to her room. Kairav comes there and comforts Kartik and says that Naira used to always believe that truth always comes out and he shouldn’t worry as Sirat is truthful. Manish and the other family members sit down with a lawyer looking for solutions to save Kartik from the mess. The lawyer suggests that Kartik make a media appearance and says that he is not connected to Sirat in any way and save his image. Swarna suggests that Suhasini talks to Kartik as he would not turn her down.
Suhasini comes to Kartik and tells him that he should not be guilty of anything as the family is proud of him. Kartik tells her that they paid Sirat to protect their image. Suhasini says that to avoid something of a bigger problem they have to be involved in small ones. She then tells Kartik that he needs to make a media appearance. Kartik tells Suhasini that he cannot rants Sirat as she was the one who supported his family when kairav needed her. Narendranath speaks to his lawyer and tells him to get the media on their side. The news reporter Aradhana comes there and introduces herself. She tells Narendranath that she wants to cover the house so that she can collect more information regarding Sirat. She tells Narendranath that she is adamant about bringing out Sirat’s true face in front of the people as she hates girls like her.
Upcoming- Kartik agrees to make a media appearance. He sits with Aradhana for an interview. Kartik tells that Kairav used to think that Sirat was her mother as her face looks like Naira. Aradhana asks Kartik if he fell for her thinking she is his wife.
