Star Plus’s longest and most popular running show Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai has managed to keep the viewers hooked to the story over the years and currently entertaining the viewers with Akshu, Abhimanyu and Arohi’s love triangle storyline.
In last week’s episodes we saw, Abhimanyu follows Akshu’s singing and reaches her and when she turns and is about to fall, he saves her. Akshu and Abhimanyu stare into eachothers eyes, Akshu says to him that it feels like she has seen him before. Abhimanyu says to her to wait for him a moment as the scoundrel boys would trouble her. He beats the guys and then prescribes them medicines. Abhimanyu then offers Akshu to take her home, she tells him that she is with her family. He says then he’ll drop her off to her family, while walking with her he remembers his sister saying that her friend’s brother found his wife in this festival. Abhimanyu smiles looking at Akshu’s bracelets that he has and then looks at Akshu.
Arohi stares into her phone and sees Abhimanyu’s photo and says that he is handsome and smart at the same time. Kairav asks her where Akshu is, she says she doesn’t keep track of her and leaves. Arohi stumbles upon Niel who is also looking for Abhimanyu. Niel and Arohi taunt each other and have a little banter. Vansh and Kairav capture him from behind, when Kairav sees Niel, Vansh says that he now’s Niel. Arohi meets Abhimanyu when he comes to drop Akshu to the hotel. Abhimanyu tells Akshu that he is staying in the same hotel. Arohi introduces herself to Abhimanyu, who says that he knows her as her sister the whole journey has been talking about her. Niel introduces Kairav and Vansh to Abhimanyu and then offers them to have coffee and snacks together.
In the cafe everyone sits, Someone places a guitar on the stage and says it’s open for all. Niel tells everyone that Abhimanyu might be a doctor but music is his passion. Vansh then says Akshu also is a fabulous singer. Abhimanyu then teases her to sing. Akshu agrees to sing, Kairav says he has never seen her agree to sing in public. Vansh says it might be a special day. Arohi asks her to not sing something boring, Akshu tells them to suggest the song then. Abhimanyu tells her the song name and then tells her it’s his mother’s favourite song and she is also a singer. Akshu sings the song and Abhimanyu gets mesmerized. After the song finishes everyone gives a standing applause to Akshu. Abhimanyu says to himself that he needs to be careful as Arohi’s voice has made him fall for her. Abhimanyu while leaving the cafe says that they are here for the mask festival, Arohi says they can celebrate the mask festival together.
Suvarna comes and sits next to Suhasini, she asks when did she come she didn’t realise as her meditation went well. Suvarna says to her that Akhilesh just called her and said that they need to start finding grooms for Akshu and Arohi. Suvarna tells Suhasini that there is a right prospect for Akshu, Suhasini asks who’s that, Suvarna tells her that the Birla’s have a son Abhimanyu who’ll be the right match for Akshu so she’ll call Manjuri. Abhimanyu and Akshu dance together and become Radha- Krishna of the event. Both of them go to corners. Esha asks herself why she finds Abhimanyu everywhere. While Abhimanyu says to himself he feels a pull towards Akshu and is always mesmerized by her and wonders if Akshu is also thinking about him. Akshu says to herself that she is soon leaving for good then why she is feeling things now.
Abhimanyu asks Akshu what she thinks love is, Akshu says for her love is music very unpredictable and gets touched to the heart unintended. Akshu thaen asks Abhimanyu what love is for him. He says up until now he thought love can be towards one’s family and he never believed in the falling in love thing, but since the day he has come here his heart has lost control and us screaming for that one person and his eyes only search for her. He takes a stone and says and he wants to do stupid things like writing the names on a tree. Vansh calls Akshu to come with them, after Akshu leaves Abhimanyu writes initials of his and Akshu’s name on the tree and then runs towards the lake and screams there that he has fallen in love with Akshu.
Akshu while leaving says to herself that she doesn’t want to leave and says she doesn’t know what connection she feels to Abhimanyu. Akshu gets a call from Mahima’s office saying that she wants to assign her a project to work on as she was taking her test during the interview. Akshu runs as she gets a panic attack, Abhimanyu follows her. Abhimanyu sees Akshu have a panic attack and he asks her to sing with him and she lays her head on his shoulder and tells him that she is not able to. Abhimanyu hums and Arohi joins him. Abhimanyu asks her why he has this panic attack. Arohi sees them together and feels jealous and thinks that if Akshu tells Abhimanyu the reason for her panic attack he’ll look down upon her. Abhimanyu asks Arohi if she knows she should tell her the reason for Akshu’s panic attack. Arohi then turns towards Akshu and says to her that she was pranking and she can stay back. Akshu hugs her and says thanks.
