The story is be based on the lives of Amrita and Pritam who will have totally different lives but fate brings them together. Amrita is a pregnant widow while Pritam will be having criminal records.
Last week we saw that, Angad gets a job and he gives this good news to everyone. Meera is talking to Aapa about Sakhujas. she criticize them. She says that Nimmo and Guneet should have come to meet her father atleast out of courtesy. Aapa ask Meera to stop as she don’t know lots of things and tells her what always seems is not true. Later, everyone discuss over the godbharai function of Amrita. Guneet says that they need to invite limited people. Amrita also supports him. Nimmo tells Amrita to let her celebrate this occasion according to her.
Pritam is eating food and suddenly the bulb of his room gets fused. He steals the bulb from downstairs, Amrita caught him red handed. He explains her everything and tells her that tomorrow he will buy them a new bulb. Next day, Guneet and Nimmo are fighting over the bulb with their neighbours. Amrita tries to stop them and tells that Pritam has taken that bulb. Guneet and Nimmo were upset so they shouts at Pritam. Angad ask him what happened to them? He says that he is tensed for Amrita’s godbharai. Nimmo ask Guneet to sell her bangles, but everyone stops her from doing this.
Pritam’s vegetables got burnt so Amrita gives him pickle to eat. Kabir ask for 2 months advance salary from his boss. He agrees to give him salary. Later, he goes home and shouts the name of Nimmo. He says that he got to know that she sold her bangles. Then he returns the bangles of Nimmo back to her. He tells everyone that he has salary of 2 months and he can also manage the expenses of the godbharai. Everyone gets mesmerized by the sweet gesture of Kabir.
Sukhbeer calls Krishankant to invite him to the godbharai function of Amrita. He says that he will definitely come with his whole family. Nimmo doesn’t like this. Angad is also upset with this. Amrita amd Kabir tries to make him understand things but he didn’t. Pritam is going to his room, Kabir stops him. He tells him everything about Angad. Pritam says that he is lucky to get 2nd chance because not everyone gets it. He tells him that once we lost something we didn’t get it back but if he’s getting a 2nd chance then he should accept it.
Police is trying to find Pritam and distributed the warrant paper with his name and picture. Guneet gives fresh coriander leaves to Amrita and they are wrapped in the warrant paper on which Pritam’s picture is printed. Amrita sees that paper. The picture is blurred but she thinks that he looks like Pritam and shows this to Sukhbeer. Sukhbeer says that this picture is blurred. Amrita says that this is surely The picture of Pritam. She says that he is a convict and police is trying to find him. Sukhbeer ask her to relax and says that this picture is not of Pritam.
Pritam goes to crack a deal with Mr. Rathi. He gives Pritam a bag to Pritam in which bomb is fixed. Pritam gets to know that there is bomb in the bag. He calls his friends and ask them to come fast. When he goes outside, Amrita’s parents also arrives. He gets into the banter with them and later finds out that they are the parents of Amrita.
