The show starts with the chaos of Delhi. The family is going to Dolly’s haldi daughter of their neighbour Mr. Chaddha. Nimmo, mother of Amrita calls out the name of Sonia and ask her to get ready. There Soni puts a dupatta on Amrita’s head and tells her that she is looking beautiful in this but Amrita wears a Dupatta which is given to her by her husband Karan. They gets emotional. Then Sukhbeer and Santo grandparents of Amrita gets into a small sweet fight and Angad their grandson is enjoying watching them. Nimmo goes to them and ask them to stop fighting and tells them to fix a time for their fight so that everyone else’s time is not wasted.
She tells them that they are getting late for the function. She ask Angad to stop laughing and ask him to get ready. Sonia goes downstairs and ask Angad to take a selfie with her so that she can send this to Meera bhabhi. Nimmo ask her to stop teasing Angad and ask her to click Angad’s picture with Meera in the function. Guneet comes and ask everyone to come fast. Nimmo says that they got late because of the fight of their parents. Then they ask about Kabir their younger son. Sonia says that today he is not in good mood because Dolly his love is going to marry someone else.
Then Amrita comes downstairs and Kabir complements her. Guneet and Nimmo ask Kabir to go to Dolly’s haldi and helps them in arrangements. Kabir is the troublemaker of their house. In the function a woman ask Nimmo that did they got to know anything about Karan. Nimmo gets emotional. Meanwhile, Amrita ask Kabir to stop behaving like devdas because he don’t really love dolly. Then Dolly ask him to meet him alone and tells him that they should run away and gets married but Kabir refuses. She says that she will bring jewellery worth rs. 4lakhs, he says then okay. Sonia and Santo ask Amrita to dance but a woman there says that it’s not suit Amrita to dance because now Karan is not there. They gets emotional but later they decided to dance. Kabir is packing his bag to leave with Dolly.
Meanwhile, Amrita comes and she doubts that he is hiding something from her. She ask him is he hiding anything from her, he says nothing. Then he cries and says that he is feeling emotional because of Dolly and he don’t want to see her getting married In front of him so he is leaving. Amrita says okay but don’t tell anyone and keep calling her. While Nimmo goes to the office to get to know about Karan but the woman officer doesn’t say anything and ask her to leave. Guneet says that Nimmo again has gone there without telling him. He says Amrita has understand the fact but don’t know when will Nimmo understand this? Amrita goes to her room and cries. Nimmo comes home and she got a injury on her head. Everyone get worried.
Guneet tells her that he has told her so many times that nothing will happen by going there. Nimmo shouts and says that he was her son. she says that she is just asking for his ashes not her son from them. she tells that she wants That they and Amrita can say one last goodbye to Karan. Sonia says don’t recall the past because it hurts while thinking about that day. Guneet says Our son gave his life while treating everyone but he is not going to come back and we have done everything to find him. Amrita does the first aid of Nimmo. Later, she recalls her days with Karan. Karan was a doctor and lost his live while treating corona patients.
UPCOMING STORY- Amrita recalls that Karan used to come and meet him while treating his patients and their society ask him to not come there as it will spread the disease. Dolly blames Kabir for manipulating her to escape from the house
