At the beginning of the episode, Madiba tells Premji that she does not like kulfi but this kulfi is good. Premji says that it has brought by Anandi so it is good. Madiba says ok. Then She goes to wash her hands. There Anandi and Kanku are about to go out but Madiba sees them and asks what they are doing. Anandi is about to tell Madiba everything but Kanku stops her. Madiba sees that her mangalsutra is missing.
She asks her where is her mangalsutra. Kanku lies that she lost it. Devali sees the phone in Anandi’s hand. She asks how did it come to her. Anandi tells her the truth. Madiba gets angry. Devali asks to whom did she give the mangalsutra. Just then Diwakar comes there. He tells that she had given the mangalsutra to his son. He returns the mangalsutra to them. Madiba slaps Anandi.
Anandi is shocked. She goes to Premji and hugs him. Premji is angry with Anandi so he distances her from himself. He says that she has done a lot wrong today. Here Khemji also gets some work, due to which he does not know to go to Devgarh. Premji leaves the house. Devali asks Anandi why she did this. Kanku tells that she had taken the phone for her. Devali feels that Anandi has done all this to get her away from Kanku.
Anandi refuses. She tells that Kanku needed the phone so she brought the phone. Madiba says but Anandi will get punished. She locks her in a dark room. Sejal says that Anandi is a small child so they should not do this. Madiba does not listen to her. She warns Sejal and everyone that no one should try to help Anandi. While Anandi requests everyone to open the door.
Devali says that now this door will never open. Here Madiba tells God that Anandi has made a big mistake today. But god should not punish her family for this. Anandi gets hurt and starts crying. She misses her mother and asks her to take her away from here. Because she cannot live in this house. Here Sejal wants to call Premji but due to a network issue, the conversation is not possible.
Jigar tells Kanku that what is happening to Anandi is very wrong. He wants to help her. Ahead, Anandi looks at the rats. She gets scared. She asks Madiba to open the door. But Madiba doesn’t listen to her and plays a hymn so that Anandi’s voice doesn’t bother her. Kanku and Jigar decide to do something for Anandi. Jigar thinks that he should bring Anandi’s favourite food.
