At the beginning of the episode, Bondita says to Subodh that she doesn’t want to prove anything to him. She just wants to tell the truth to the judge. Subodh thinks that Bondita is playing so well. Thus he needs to do something. So he tells the judge that he wants to ask the witness some questions. Bondita says that he can ask questions later. The judge asks Bondita to calm down. Subodh then starts questioning Tapur in a strange way, he is accusing Tapur of her character. Which hurts Tapur a lot. Bondita and Anirudh find this act of Subodh bad. Bondita tells the judge that it is wrong to ask questions in this manner. But the judge does not listen to her. Bondita gets sad.
Later Bondita tries to give courage to Tapur. She asks her to tell the truth as she is with her. Subodh says that Bondita is forcing the witness. The judge advises Bondita to remain calm as she has already got a lot of leeways so now her witness will have to speak the truth. Bondita sits down. While Tapur gets so upset by Subodh’s questions that she refuses to support Bondita and Anirudh and leaves.
Everyone outside sees that the door of the court has opened. They all go inside. Subodh laughs at Bondita. He says that he only started asking questions and her witness ran away. He adds that Bondita should also accept her defeat now. Bondita does not say anything about this. Subodh goes to Anirudh and tells him that he should not have believed Bondita. Because a woman looks good only doing household chores.
He also speaks bad words about Bondita. Anirudh raises his hand in anger. Subodh says that Anirudh is a madman and in this madness he killed Chandrachud. The judge decides that the next hearing will be held on the day of Vijaya dasmi. Bondita further apologizes to Anirudh as she lost. Anirudh consoles her. He adds that Bondita is not defeated yet. He tells Bondita that he also wants her to win this case at any cost.
Bondita promises Anirudh that she will do her best to win the case for him. Later Bondita asks Durga Maa to help her. At the same time, Somnath gives her Chandrachud’s clothes. Bondita notices that Chandrachud’s belongings do not include his ring which he always kept with him. While Tupur gets nervous seeing Bondita with Chandrachud’s belongings.
