At the beginning of the episode, Neelam tells Rishi that Virendra is not talking to him because of him and she is heart-broken. She says she is scared for his life now. Malishka asks Neelam not to make Lakshmi a DEVI. She says a pillar fell on Rishi and she saved him. She says she also loves Rishi and she can also risk her life for Rishi. Ayush goes from there. Rishi says Malishka is right. Malishka tells Neelam not to worry about MARKESH DOSH anymore, as she can also protect Rishi. Dadi feels dejected that her family is so selfish and Rishi is showing no remorse for what he did.
Shalu asks Lakshmi to tell her everything. Lakshmi tells her about her nightmare and says she tried to stop him but he was never hers to lose. She tells her that Rishi lied to her about everything and Rishi and Malishka were in love even before their marriage. She tells her that the whole family was aware of it. Rano overhears their conversation. Shalu gets furious at them and says she will not let them get off so easily. Lakshmi stops Shalu and Bani from going there. Shalu says she will tell the whole world how they treated her. Lakshmi stops them and says she just needs them.
Karishma tells Neelam that God will make everything okay. Neelam says she needs to do something. Malishka tells Rishi not to be upset as everything is normal. Ayush consoles Virendra that they thought Rishi was falling in love with Lakshmi and Rishi does not even realise what a huge mistake he has made. Virendra asks Ayush to find out if Lakshmi has reached her aunt’s house. Ayush calls Shalu. Shalu blasts Ayush that she trusted him to take care of Lakshmi but he let her down along with Rishi. She tells him never to call her again.
Neelam is restless in her room. Karishma tries to talk to her but she tells her to let her think alone. Rishi tells Malishka to go home. Malishka says it is good that truth is out in open. Rishi says he is upset because it is a matter of humanity and friendship. Malishka asks Rishi to promise her that he will listen to her. Ayush tells Rishi that Lakshmi has reached her sisters and they are very upset. Rishi says it is natural. Malishka thinks she must do something to help Rishi get over Lakshmi.
Rano wakes Neha up and tells her about Lakshmi. Preetam is shocked to hear this. Rano says Lakshmi should have called them before coming. Preetam says he will talk to Oberois. Rano tells Neha that they will get money from Oberoi family for this betrayal. Preetam goes to meet Lakshmi in her room and consoles her. Rano says this house is already short of money and now there is one more mouth to feed. Rano tells Lakshmi to go back to Rishi’s house, as it is common in a woman’s life. She says she will not let Lakshmi live in her house. Preetam pleads with her to let the sisters stay. Rano says she will allow her to stay for that night but she must go back the next morning. Lakhsmi and Rishi spend the night restless. Shalu and Bani comfort Lakshmi and dress her wounds.
