At the beginning of the episode, Ansh tells Riya that he is happy for her. Riya thanks him for his help. Sudha brings Suhani to college. Ansh and Riya are shocked to see them. Meeta tells Suhani to revise with her for the exam. Riya calls Rakesh. Rakesh says he is busy but she says it is important. Suhani goes to examination room. Rakesh remembers the insults that Vikrant hurled at him and also that he forbade Suhani from going to college.
Rakesh reaches college. He goes to examination hall and calls Suhani. He tells the examiner that he needs to talk to Suhani urgently. Examiner says parents cannot talk to students in the middile of exam. Suhani requests him to allow her to go out for two minutes. Rakesh tells Suhani how dare she and Sudha defy his decision. He pulls Suhani by arm and tells her to go home right away. Other students look at them. Suhani feels humiliated.
Ranveer comes there and stops Rakesh. He tells Suhani to go back to class for exam. Rakesh says Suhani is going home with him. Ranveer says she will go to class. Rakesh is talking Suhani, but Ranveer stops his way. He says which father can sleep peacefully after breaking his child’s dream. Rakesh says if the dream is an embarrassment for the family, it is better that it breaks.
Ranveer tells Suhani to go to classroom. Suhani remembers Ranveer’s anger issues. Ranveer requests Rakesh with folded hands. He says she has never pleaded with anyone, but he is requesting him with folded hands for Suhani’s dream. He says he has only seen two things in her eyes, one is dream of becoming a doctor and the other to keep her father’s head high.
Examiner warns Suhani to go to classroom immediately or he will disqualify her. Rakesh allows Suhani to go for exam. Suhani goes for her exam. Ranveer thanks Rakesh. Rakesh says he made a mistake by giving his daughter’s responsibility to him. He says he has never left his daughter alone with any boy, but he trusted him. He says he did not trap him for a promotion or to get ahead in life. Ranveer is shocked. Rakesh asks if he has ever seen any greed in Suhani’s eyes. Ranveer asks if Mr. Oberoi said all this to him. Rakesh starts coughing. Ranveer goes to fetch water for him. Rakesh’s head spins and he falls down.
Ranveer runs back to him. They put him on a stretcher and take him for treatment. Rishi and Rocky wonder if he had a heart attack. Ranveer, John and Raghu give primary care to Rakesh, as doctor comes. Doctor says senior cardiologist is busy. Ranveer calls him and says they need him immediately. Doctor asks him to monitor his ECG and he will come.
Suhani comes out of examination room worried. A student tells her to go emergency room as her father had a heart attack. Suhani runs there. Staff gives Rakesh’s bag to John and it falls, opens and his resignation letter falls out. Ranveer reads the letter. Doctors wonder why Rakesh is not waking up when all the vitals are normal. Ranveer says he knows what to do and goes from there.
Ansh goes in. Cardiologist comes in and check up on Rakesh. John and Raghu go out to call Ranveer. Suhani comes running.
