At the beginning of the episode, doctors attend to Rishi and Lakshmi. Their condition is critical. Doctors operate upon Rishi’s leg. Oberoi’s family reaches Simla hotel and asks about Rishi and Lakshmi. The receptionist tells them that they are both hospitalized. Neelam gets worried so Virendra calms her down. They reach the hospital and ask about them. The nurse tells their ward number.
The doctor tells the nurses that Lakshmi is out of danger now. Nurse says she must love her husband a lot. The local guy who helped Lakshmi reaches the hospital with the tempo driver.
Lakshmi regains consciousness and starts screaming for Rishi. The nurse tells her that they are treating Rishi. Lakshmi gets worried seeing that her SINDOOR has been wiped. She tries to get up but falls down on the floor and faints again.
Neelam and others reach Rishi’s ward and look at him from outside the door. The doctor tells them that he is safe now thanks to his wife. He tells them to wait in the waiting area. The local guy gives Rishi’s phone to Virendra and tells how Lakshmi fought the crocodile to save Rishi’s life. Virendra thanks them for their help. That person tells them Lakshmi could not even walk but she still pulled Rishi out of sheer willpower.
The doctor tells the family that Lakshmi is safe but still unconscious. Virendra gives the tempo driver some money and thanks to them for helping Lakshmi and Rishi. Rishi regains senses and calls for Lakshmi. He tries to get up and asks the nurse about Lakshmi. The nurse tells her to take a rest and goes to call the doctor. Rishi remembers how Lakshmi fought with the crocodile to save him and tries to walk to Lakshmi’s ward.
Ayush gets water for everyone in the waiting room. Neelam says her fears were true and Rishi is alive only because of Lakshmi today. Neelam says she said to everyone about her feeling about Rishi’s life being in danger, but everyone called her superstitious. Virendra admits that she was right. Virendra says he listened to her. Neelam says he agreed only to pacify her. She says if God is there, sun and moon are there, then other planets and their effects are also there. She says Pandit Badrinath believed her and predicted all this long back. She says Pandit ji told Rishi has “MARKESH DOSH” in his horoscope which is causing danger for Rishi after 25 years of age. Pandit ji told that there is only one solution to this and they will have to get Rishi married to a girl who will be very hard to find. He told that the girl will have a very different horoscope. Dadi and Karishma recall that they saw thousands of horoscopes but Pandit ji did not find any which matched Rishi’s.
Pandit ji told them that Rishi’s life will be in danger in the next few weeks in his workplace. Neelam asked for some solution but Pandit ji says what is written will definitely happen. Virendra and Neelam thought they should not send Rishi to work. Pandit ji said no-one can stop it. They recall that they all tried to stop Rishi from going to the hotel, still he reached there. Neelam recalls that Rishi got stuck in fire in hotel and Lakshmi miraculously saved him from the fire.
