At the beginning of the episode, Ashi gets worried that Mithila will throw her out of the house. She says she ordered it all for Gopika. Meenal asks Mithila to forgive Ashi. Ashi says sorry to Mithila, but Mithila asks her to apologize to Gopika. Gopika says there is no need but Mithila says she will decide what is necessary. Ashi says sorry, so Mithila asks her to touch Gopika’s feet and say sorry properly. Gopika says Ashi is her sister so how can she touch her feet. Mithila says if Ashi can ask Gopika to press her feet, then what is wrong in touching her feet. Ashi touches her feet and asks for forgiveness. Mithila tells Saksham that now that the truth is clear, he and Gopika must go to the function and Gopika will introduce herself and the whole family.
Gopika worries about speaking in English. She sees Saksham talking to Siri and takes his phone for help. She writes down the translations. The guests arrive for the function.
Ramila shows off the necklace that Chirag has bought for her. Tejal says to her that her daughter did shopping for 11 lakh. Ramila says Gopika sometimes does such things. Tejal says they know the truth that Ashi blamed Gopika for her shopping. She says Mithila scolded Ashi a lot. Ramila hopes that Ashi will not do something wrong in anger.
Chirag compliments Ashi. They hear Gopika practicing her speech in English. Ashi sees her speech and says it is all wrong and she will correct it. She thinks she will teach such things to her that Mithila will learn her lesson.
Guests say they want to see who Mithila has chosen. Mithila says a diamond comes out of coal mine and Gopika is bestowed with all the great qualities and they will see for themselves when she introduces herself and the whole family in English. Mr. Modi warns Mithila that if something goes wrong, she will be responsible for it.
Gopika asks Ashi to translate for her and Ashi tells her everything wrong. She says this house is a prison and mother-in-law is a big, black frog. She says Saksham is an angry gorilla. Gopika asks why angry, but Ashi says angry means successful. Gopika thanks Ashi and says she cannot disappoint Mithila. Ashi tells her to practice well.
Ramila worries about Ashi’s mood and thinks she must do something. Reporters come to Ashi and call her Gopika. Ashi says she is not Gopika but Ashi. Ramila tells Ashi to calm down, but Ashi says she wants them to focus on Gopika only today. Gopika and Saksham come and reporters ask Gopika how she is feeling after marrying the most eligible bachelor. They ask them to pose for a couple’s photos, but Saksham is uncomfortable. Mithila comes and asks them to save their questions for later.
Mithila welcomes everyone and tells them that Gopika will introduce herself and the whole family in front of everyone. Gopika goes to the mike and Ashi feels happy. Ramila asks why Ashi is looking so happy. Ashi tells her that she taught the wrong speech to Gopika to bring her truth in front of everyone. Ramila gets worried. Gopika takes the stage.
