At the beginning of the episode, Pragya and Sushma takes Abhi to the hospital. The nurse asks them to fill the form first. But then the doctor comes and asks the nurse to shift him to the emergency ward first. The doctor asks Pragya what happened to Abhi? she tells him that he falls from the stairs. She is about to tell him that he is drunk that’s why he falls down but Sushma stops her. She asks Sushma why she didn’t let her tell the whole thing? Sushma says that if she tells him that Abhi is drunk then things can spread in media.
On the other hand, Prachi wakes up Ranbir and tells him that she is not getting a good vibe. She says that Pragya is also not picking up her call. Then Ranbir takes the number of Sushma from someone and asks Prachi to call on this number. Sushma picks up the call and gives it to Pragya. Prachi asks her is everything alright? Pragya tells her about the accident that happened with Abhi. Prachi tells this to Ranbir and they both rush to the hospital. Pallavi stops him and asks him to cancel all his meetings related to his startup.
She asks him to help Siddharth in the business. He is about to say that he needs to go with Prachi but she stops him. Pallavi tells him that he doesn’t need to take permission from Prachi every time and goes away. Siddharth asks Ranbir what happened? He says he will tell him later. He tells Prachi that he will drop her at the hospital. When Prachi reaches the hospital, Pragya cries and hugs her. She tells her everything. She says that whenever they both lives together something has happened with someone.
She says that now she will not live with him but for her, she will take care of him. Pragya tells she never wanted this for him when she hated him so much in the last two years when she left everyone. Prachi asks her what is the reason because of which she left everyone. Pragya says that she will not be able to hear this. Prachi says that if she won’t tell her then she always lives with this guilt that because of her, her parents get apart. Then Pragya tells her that when Abhi gets to know that she helped her in getting married to Ranbir, he gets angry at her.
She thought that he would shout at her but he tried not to kill her getting the breaks of her car failed. Prachi says her father can’t do this. Pragya says this is the truth. She says that she broke down after this. She tells her that she is about to die but Sushma aunty saved her and gave her a new life.
