At the beginning of the episode, Virendra tells Lakshmi to get out of there. Shanaya tells the reporters that she is not scared of these rich people and this proves that her complaint was right.
Malishka, Karishma and Soniya are happy that Lakshmi made this blunder and fell in Rishi’s eyes. Soniya tells Malishka to take advantage of this situation. Malishka says she will show Lakshmi her place. Neelam sees the news and asks Virendra if he asked Lakshmi to go to Shanaya. Neelam says Lakshmi is a village girl and she doesn’t know the city ways.
Lakshmi comes home. Rishi screams at Lakshmi. Lakshmi cries and tells Rishi that Shanaya asked her to bring the papers. Rishi tells her not to cry. Lakshmi is distraught with worry and Rishi calms her down. Virendra messages Lakshmi. Rishi feels confused why he was affected by Lakshmi’s tears.
Neelam shouts at Lakshmi for not consulting her before doing this. She says this has made Rishi’s case worse. Rishi comes there. Karishma asks if Rishi knew. Malishka says if Rishi knew he would not have let her do all this. Lakshmi says Shanaya told her to get the papers. Karishma tells her that she does not know the ways of the city and such things only happen in TV serials. She says she should not have gone out without asking.
Malishka says this was not something trivial like cooking in the kitchen. Dadi tells Lakshmi that she should not expect others to be good like her. Soniya screams at Lakshmi. Rishi defends Lakshmi. Karishma says Lakshmi has made Rishi’s life hell and media is saying that Rishi gave her money to go to Shanaya. Lakshmi cries. Ayush tries to explain but she does not let him speak. Karishma says if she were her daughter in law, she would have thrown her out. Ayush tells Karishma to stop it. He tells that Lakshmi was not at fault and he will not tolerate her insult anymore.
Rano says Shalu and Bani cannot show their face anymore because Lakshmi went to meet Shanaya. Shalu says Rishi is innocent. Rano says Lakshmi will soon be back in this house as they will throw her out. Shalu consoles Bani and tells her to ignore what Rano is saying. Shalu says Rishi can never misunderstand Lakshmi and Ayush will also support her.
Ayush tells everyone that he only gave the address and legal papers to Lakshmi. He says Lakshmi went there only for Rishi, when no-one else did anything. He says everyone else just gave up, while Lakshmi defended Rishi in front of media. He says that was the last straw for Lakshmi and she took it not anyone else and he will always support Lakshmi if Rishi is in danger. He says Lakshmi is Rishi’s better half in real sense. He tells everyone to thank Lakshmi instead of blaming her. He tells Rishi that Shanaya trapped Lakshmi just like she trapped him. He apologises to everyone for raising his voice. Karishma says he still does not understand what a huge blunder Lakshmi made. Malishka tells Rishi to calm down. Rishi goes to Lakshmi and thanks her for thinking about him.
