At the beginning of the episode, Mithila tells Gopika to be ready for Gopika. She tells Gopika to clean her hands with GANGAJAL. Gopika takes the bottle. Pandit Ji tells her to hurry up. Ashi asks if she will die. Ramila says Gopika’s hands will burn but she will tolerate it.
Gopika starts the AARTI. Saksham joins her. Gopika lights the match, but it does not burn. Sakshma takes the matchbox from her and gives her another one. Ramila and Ashi wait for her hand to burn. Saksham can smell alcohol from Gopika’s hands. He takes the matchbox from Gopika’s hands. He asks Gopika what is in her hands. He asks how she can be so careless. Mithila tells him to calm down. Ramila comes and says what is this smell in Gopika’s hands. Gopika says she just washed her hands with GANGAJAL.
Ashi says she used chemicals. Saksham asks can she not read. Ba says Gopika cannot read indeed. Ba says nothing as written on the bottle so how she could read. Ba brings the bottle which has no label. Ramila and Ashi think about how the label got away. Mithila thanks God that nothing worse happened and tells Gopika to clean her hands. Ba asks Gopika if she is okay.
Uma tells the thieves to steal the crown from Modi’s house. Ashi and Ramila feel disappointed that their plan failed. Ba asks Ramila why she did not tell Gopika’s truth to Mithila. Ramila says Gopika had already started dreaming about that life so she couldn’t break her dreams. Ba says she can understand. Ramila asks if everyone has come to know. Ba says only she knows. Ramila says she can tell everyone and she will take Gopika back. Ba says she will not tell anyone and she only took off the label. Ba warns them of the day Mithila comes to know.
The thieves go to Modi’s house. Gopika is sleeping in the room with the trunk. They steal the crown. Gopika dreams about her father and wakes up scared. Thieves hide and the crown falls in a bag. Gopika feels uneasy and goes to Pandal with the bag. Thieves tell Uma that they stole the crown but does she not let them complete. Uma feels happy that now Mithila and Modi’s family will be insulted.
Uma tells Mithila to offer the crown. Mithila says Gopika won the competition fair and square. She says Gopika is educated and fearless and she is equal to Skasham. Gopika is confused why Mithila is saying all this when she told the truth. Mithila tells Saksham and Chirag to get the crown. Gopika thinks why this confusion and she must clear it.
Ba takes Gopika to one side. Gopika says she told the whole truth in a letter. Ba says they never got the letter. Gopika is shocked to know that the whole family thinks that she is educated and fearless. She says she got all that love and respect because of a misunderstanding.
