In the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi comes to her room with her sister’s. Shalu asks Lakshmi if she told Rishi before going to Oberoi mansion, that she is coming. Lakshmi tells her that she didn’t, Shalu asks Lakshmi to then call Rishi and speak to him. Rishi in his room says to himself why everyone is making decisions for him. Virendra comes to Rishi’s room and sees him on the phone and says to him to go ahead and call Lakshmi. Both Rishi and Lakshmi call each other at the same time and their lines get busy. He tells Virendra that Lakshmi is busy. Meanwhile, Ranno comes to Lakshmi’s room and says tk her that Malishka is in the hall and asking to meet her.
Rishi says that he is sure that Lakshmi won’t sign the papers. Rishi’s grandmother says that he is showing confidence in Lakshmi, and Neelam all of a sudden has no trust in her. He says to Virendra that he isn’t sure what relationship he and Lakshmi have, he doesn’t know if it’s friendship or marriage. Ayush says from behind its love. Rishi says that he is sure that Lakshmi will not sign the divorce papers, there is a connection between them which gives him confidence. Neelam comes to their room and says to Rishi’s grandmother that she should come with her as she doesn’t want her feeling hurt when Lakshmi breaks their trust.
Lakshmi comes out to the hall,
Malishka says to her that she is happy that she came out and asks her to sign the papers. Lakshmi asks what papers she has brought, she tells her that these are her and Rishi’s divorce papers. Lakshmi says she is not going to sign them as she had to be with him for his Markesh Dosh. Malishka says to her that she doesn’t believe in astrology and knows that only she deserves to be in Rishi’s life.
Malishka says to Lakshmi that she and Rishi have forwarded their relationship and she can never get close to what she has with Rishi, Lakshmi has flashbacks of Rishi and Malishka together and says that she will sign the papers. Malishka says to Lakshmi that she will get a good alimony, Lakshmi asks for a pen and Malishka looks in her bag.
Shalu and Bani take her to a corner and ask her to not sign the papers as that will mean she and Rishi’s relationship will be over. Lakshmi says to her sister that she is getting an intuition that this is best for her and Rishi. Malishka calls her and Lakshmi takes the pen and has flashbacks of her and Rishi’s time together, and signs the papers. Malishka hugs Lakshmi and says to her that she was really her best friend and gave the best gift to her. Lakshmi asks Malishka to get the papers signed by Rishi, so that they can tomorrow file for mutual divorce.
