At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi walks on roads in shock. Rishi and Malishka get in car. Malishka tells Rishi that he is concerned about Lakshmi as he feels she has no-one except him. Rishi remembers that Lakshmi told him his family is hers. Malishka says she also has no-one in her life except him. Rishi says he can never do so bad to anyone. He calls out Lakshmi’s name. Malishka tells him not to as she must have gone home to snitch on them. Rishi asks how she can be so cold and insensitive. He says they are responsible for Lakshmi’s condition.
Pandit ji completes the HAWAN. Lakshmi reaches home and watches them. She remembers that everyone knew about Rishi and Malishka. She hesitates to go inside but then steps in. Ayush and others see her. They ask her how she is. Dadi asks where she was. Devika and Ahana ask her but she keeps going towards her room. Karishma asks where Rishi is. Neelam asks her to stop but Lakshmi does not stop.Dadi says she is in shock.
Neelam tells Ayush to call Virendra. Lakshmi comes back with her suitcase. Dadi asks where she is going. Virendra also comes. He says he was very worried about her and he is relieved that she is back. He asks her if she is hurt. Lakshmi says Rishi was marrying Malishka. Virendra says sorry. Lakshmi says Malishka told her that Rishi and Malishka were in love even before their marriage, but she did not believe it. She says she could not believe that the whole family betrayed her.
Lakshmi says she trusted everyone. She says she can understand about Karishma, but Devika and Ahana are like Shalu and Bani to her. She says Ayush was her brother and friend and she cannot believe that he lied to her. She tells Dadi that she loves her so much, so she could not have done this to her. She tells Neelam that she always told her to take her permission, as she does not want mistakes in anything, so how could she lie to her. She says she told that Malishka is just a relative. She says Rishi admitted that the whole family lied to her.
Lakshmi says she has broken all her ties with Rishi in front of God, but how will she break her ties with her father and family. She tells Virendra that she knows he loves her like a daughter, just the same as her own father. She says she bonded with him even before Rishi. She asks Virendra how he could let her suffer this way, when he promised to protect her from every pain. Lakshmi says she did not feel this much pain, when her parents died or even when she saw Rishi marrying Malishka.
Lakshmi asks Virendra to tells her that he was not aware of Rishi and Malishka. Karishma says everyone knew about them so she should not torture them emotionally. Lakshmi asks Virendra again. Virendra finally admits that he knew. Lakshmi is shocked. Virendra says what happened was very bad, but he will fix everything. Lakshmi says he cannot mix what is already broken and it is too late now.
Lakshmi starts to go out. Neelam asks her to stay back and says they had a reason for getting her married to Rishi. Lakshmi says one person cannot make a relationship. Neelam says one person cannot break it also and she cannot leave this house. Lakshmi looks back and remembers the good times spent in that house. She takes her hand from Neelam’s hands. Karishma and Soniya are relieved that she is going finally. Lakshmi goes towards the door.
