At the beginning of the episode, Rakesh writes his resignation from Vikrant’s firm. He hope it will make it clear that this was just a job for him not some plan. Rishi tells Ansh in the cafeteria that Nikki told a gossip about Suhani. Riya, John and Raghu also hear him. Ranveer is asleep in hostel. John and Raghu tell him that Suhani has been forbidden from coming to college and her internals are also starting from today. Ranveer gets up in shock.
Dadi tells Rakesh to have breakfast before leaving. Rakesh says he is full because of their actions. He says he hopes what he said is clear to everyone. He leaves for office. Doorbell rings. Nikki opens the door to see Ranveer in night clothes outside. Sudha and Suhani are shocked. Kammo says he came to create another scene. Ranveer asks Suhani why she is not ready for college as her internals are starting from today. Dadi pleads with Ranveer not to create more drama in their house and go from there. Ranveer ignores her and tells Suhani to get ready for college. Suhani tells him not interfere in their family matters.
Ranveer asks if she will only treat her family after becoming a doctor. He says she has no right to take away a talented doctor from needy patients. Suhani is shocked. He says big dreams get fulfilled only after big sacrifices. Dadi says they cannot go against her father’s wish.
Ranveer takes Sudha and makes her sit. He says she has seen the same fear of husband in his mother’s eyes too and it has made her weak. He says his mother never questioned anything wrong and she is also doing the same. She asks if her fear is before her daughter’s dreams. Ranveer reminds Sudha that she herself made the doctor’s apron and dreamt of Suhani becoming a doctor. Ranveer encourages Sudha to stand up for Suhani as her exams will not happen again. Ranveer says he has said what he wanted to, now she has to do what she needs to do.
Ranveer reminds Sudha that Suhani’s dream was her dream too and if she does not support her now, then they will regret it their whole life. He says she has to do this not just for herself but for all mothers. He says she has to pick the life for Suhani. Ranveer goes from there. Sudha thinks about what he said.
Sudha gets up and goes to her room. Kammo and Nikki wonder what she will do. Sudha brings down Suhani’s bag. She holds Suhani’s hand and takes her to the temple. She puts TIKA on Suhani’s forehead and tells her to go for her exam. Suhani worries about Rakesh. Sudha says she will talk to him and she alone will pay the price for crossing this limit as Rakesh has crossed every limit.
Kammo tells Sudha that she will call Rakesh. Dadi warns Kammo not to call him. He tells Suhani to step ahead as this opportunity will not come back. Suhani and Sudha leave for college.
