At the beginning of the episode, Doctor asks Virat to sign the consent letter. Virat hesitates. Sai thinks he is hesitating as he loves Shruti too much. Virat thinks it is hurtful to hear that Shruti is his wife from Sai. Sai thinks she has to be strong and tells Virat to be strong. She says they understand his situation and will take care of Shruti during and after surgery. Pulkit also reassures Virat. Virat finally signs. Sai asks the doctor about baby and tells Virat that

Doctor tells Pulkit and Sai that Virat taken very good care of Shruti and the baby. She reassures Virat that her wife and baby will soon be with him. Virat goes out and thinks only Sai is his wife and he needs her. Sai almost loses it as doctor goes out. Pulkit comforts her and says she can leave if she wants. Sai says she knows it is a good opportunity for her as a doctor and she will not act immaturely.
Sai tells Pulkit that she wants to face the truth. Pulkit asks why, so she says she wants to see Virat happy. Pulkit is shocked. Sai says Virat is fighting for Shruti whose life is in danger and he will be in trauma if something happens to her. She says helping Shruti and giving Virat his family back is in her hands. She says God wanted her to be here. Pulkit tries to dissuade her but Shruti remains determined.
Operation starts. Virat waits outside and prays for Shruti’s safety. He asks Pulkit how Shruti is as Pulkit and Sai come out. Pulkit says they have done their bit. Virat thanks them. Pulkit goes from there. Sai thinks it is strange to see him so concerned about someone else. She tells him that Pulkit had to do Shruti’s surgery despite him wanting to hide it.
Virat says he knows she has been taunting him ever since they met in this hospital, but he has not done anything wrong. Sai says even she is trying convince everyone that he is right, as he is in love with someone.
Virat reaches home. Pakhi asks him if he was with Shruti. Virat tells her not to interfere in his matters. Pakhi says she looks exhausted. Virat says he knows what he needs to do. Pakhi says others will question him. Ninad comes give there and asks him to explain everything. Virat requests him to give him some time as he has not slept for 2 days. Ashwini says he has taken away their sleep and now he wants to sleep.
Ashwini and Ninad berate Virat. Ninad says he is disappointed that an adult is playing with other’s lives. Bhawani also comes and rebukes him. She says what Sai did was expected of her but he also acted carelessly. Ninad says Sai did nothing wrong. Virat says he tried to stop Sai. Ninad says he did nothing to stop Sai as his crime is not worth forgiving. Virat says he will leave the house whenever they ask him to go.
