At the beginning of the episode, Shiva arrived at the hospital and informed Raavi that something wrong is going on. Shiva found Anita’s phone and Kamini called to Anita. Shiva picked up the call. Kamini said she has planned everything and now soon Anita will become Mrs. Gautam Pandya. Shiva shouted at Kamini and cuts the call. Kamini said Pandya family will get destroyed. Gautam shouted at Krish for fighting with hospital’s staff. Kamini called Rishita and pretend as she was calling to Kirti. Kamini said she was waiting for Kirti to go for shopping and cuts the call. Everyone was running here and there in the hospital, Gautam get worried about his embryo.
Gautam asked Krish to took Suman to the home but she decided to stay in the hospital. Nurse come to Shiva and asked him to get the medicines. Nurse gave a file to Shiva of Dhara’s name. Shiva said Anita is using Dhara’s file for something wrong. Shiva went inside the operation theatre and stopped the doctor. Shiva found a embryo container of Dhara’s name and said Anita is not Dhara Pandya. Anita asked Shiva to go out from the operation theatre. Shiva asked everyone to stay calm and took the embryo container. Raavi get shocked and asked what is going on?
Anita said she came hospital for her operation and tried to snatch embryo container from Shiva’s hands. Anita pretend as she is in pain and that’s why Raavi asked Shiva to leave the container. Dev arrived at Pandya store and asked where is Shiva and Gautam? Kaka said Gautam took Dhara to the hospital and Shiva also went to hospital. Dev get worried about his family, Kaka said everything is fine. Gautam and Dhara also arrived at the operation theatre. Anita suddenly leave the container and embryo get spread on the floor. Anita said Shiva is not able to handle a container. Suddenly guards arrived in the operation theatre and asked Gautam to go out.
Shiva said due to Anita, Dhara’s dream get destroyed. Shiva tried to hit Anita but Raavi stopped him. Dhara slapped Anita and asked why she did everything? Anita said she has done nothing and blamed Shiva for everything. Anita said she arrived at hospital for operation and Raavi was there with her all the time. Anita said nurse by mistake placed container and Dhara’s file in her cabin.
