In the beginning of the episode, in the car Sai keeps Samrat on his lap while Virat drives it. Samrat says to Sai that he is dying and wants her to take care of everyone, then he mentions Pakhi and says to Sai that finally he and Pakhi were moving on in their relationship but now he won’t be there. He then says to Sai that she is his sister and for him she has to promise that she will take care of Pakhi, he asks Virat to also take care of Pakhi together with Sai. He says that Pakhi take care of the whole family especially his mother and now he won’t be able to give her anything back.
Pakhi in her room talks to Karishma, Karishma asks her that she and Samrat finally starting their relationship as it seems from the decorated room. Pakhi shies and says that they are first going for a dinner date and she is thinking to invite Mansi with them as Samrat will feel good. They go down. Meanwhile, in the hospital Virat screams for a doctor but no one comes so he tells Sai that he is going to get a doctor while she should stay with Samrat. Samrat holds Sai’s hand and asks her to keep his word in mind and take care of everyone. He then Says to her to tell his future nephew or niece that his uncle couldn’t see them but loves them Dearly.
He holds out his hand and touches Sai’s belly, and says I bless the child and dies. Sai remains in shock, while Virat gets the doctor who announces Samrat dead. Virat gets aggressive with the doctor and asks him to operate on Samrat, he then asks Sai to teach the doctor. Sai says to him that Samrat has left them and gone. Pakhi sees Mansi getting emotional over a photo fram of her and Samrat. She takes the photo frame and tells Mansi that she will get it fox and clicks the photo of picture and gives it to her. Pakhi then asks Mansi to come to dinner with her and Samrat. Everyone in the family gets emotional and teases Pakhi about Samrat. Mansi says to Pakhi that they are moving on and doesn’t want to come with them and wants them to spend alone time.
Bhawani asks Pakhi but where is Samrat, she tells her that Samrat has gone to pick Sai from the hospital. Pakhi then says that she will call Samrat and after getting off the phone she says that he is not picking. Everyone gets worried about Star amd Sai as they are getting late. Bhawani ask Pakhi to call Sai. Sai rings the doorbell, Pakhi gets excited and says that Samrat has come. Karishma says that she opens the door and sees Sai’s saree covered in blood. Everyone in the family gets shocked and asks Sai why her clothes are covered in blood, Pakhi asks Sai where is Samrat? Virat comes there With Samrat’s body.
