At the beginning of the episode, Anuj took Anupama into the orphanage. He took some balloons for the children. Toshu brings juice for Kinjal and asks how she feeling now. Kinjal says he is with her so she is feeling good. Toshu shares his feelings about what he thinks about motherhood. He tells Kinjal that he wants a girl like her. Toshu told her not to worry soon he will find a good job. He won’t be dependent on dad as he will take responsibility for the child.
Anupama saw the decoration and say today is some celebration over here. Anuj says few people celebrate their birthday over here and some people just do it for a showoff. Anupama prays that all the orphanage kids should get the opportunity to celebrate hai birthday. Toshu was telling Kinjal how he will love her daughter too much. Kinjal says she wants to be like Anupama.
A small girl dances and entertains everyone. After her dance, a couple was giving gifts for her dance but she refused to take it. The lady calls that girl poor so Anuj got angry over it and argues with them. That small girl was telling her friend that one day her mother will come with lots of gifts and make a cake for her. Anupama finds that girl cute. Anuj and Anupama talks with her. Her name was also Anu. They both got surprised to hear her name.
That little girl offers them a cake and tells them that she doesn’t know about her birthday. Anuj told her not to think about all this as she can celebrate every day. Anuj remembers his days in the orphanage. He told her that one day her parents will come to take her and that day will be her birthday. Anu says she will pray that her parents should be like him.
