At the beginning of the episode, Ashwini is distraught to see Sai. She says Sai should have told her that she was leaving the house. Pakhi worries that Virat has not eaten anything since morning. She takes two green tea to the cafeteria. Samrat comes and asks who she is taking them for. Pakhi says she was looking for him only and asks him to sit there with her. She says she thought of bringing green tea for him as he has been running around since morning. Samrat asks if she likes green tea. Pakhi asks if he does not like it. Samrat says he asked because she normally has coffee. Pakhi says she has started drinking for the past few days. She thinks it is because Virat likes green tea.
Pulkit says Virat should not try to go inside or he will throw him out. Pulkit says he does not want Sai to be stressed so only people who actually care for Sai can go in. He asks Virat to sit there with his special friend. Virat tells Pulkit not to interfere in his personal life. Virat says he had no fault this time but he will make sure Sai is not stressed and he will not meet her if she does not want to meet him. He requests Pulkit to give him regular updates on her health. Pulkit is surprised that Virat is willing not to meet Sai.
Pulkit asks why such accidents are happening to Sai. Virat says he does not know but he knows that Sai does not want to be around him and that is why she took such a huge decision without telling him. Pulkit tells him that he asked Sai to stay in Nagpur only but she did not want the family to face ridicule.
Pakhi reaches Chavan Nivas. Ninad asks how Sai is. Pakhi tells that surgery was successful but Sai is still unconscious. Shivani asks why Pakhi came back. Pakhi says she did not need to stay there just to show that she cares for Sai. Pakhi says Shivani also came back even before her. Shivani says she came just for some time to take clothes for Ashwini and food for others. Shivani says Pakhi did not even comfort Devi when she was crying. Pakhi says no one told Devi to stop when she was saying such rude things to her. Sonali tells Pakhi to calm down and says Pakhi has no hand in Sai’s accident.
Shivani says Pakhi went there to improve her image in front of Samrat. Pakhi says she is free to think about what she likes. Omkar tells Shivani not to take out her frustration on Pakhi. Ninad says he is going to the hospital. Pakhi asks where Bhawani is.
Virat says Sai thinks about the family even when the family does not think about her. He tells Pulkit that he does not want to increase her pain by showing his face. Pulkit says he is surprised by his decision but maybe he is right. Ashwini comes out and says Sai is badly injured. She tells Virat to see Sai but Virat refuses. Pulkit says Sai shared everything with him and he thinks the reason for the misunderstanding between Virat and Sai is only Pakhi. Virat says Pakhi’s actions are not in his control, he is only bothered about Sai. Ashwini tells Virat to see her from outside.
Ashwini takes Virat to Sai’s room. Virat looks at her from outside the door.
